Bought this to keep medicines secure from great grandchildren when we vacation together. Will fit that purpose perfectly! My box was delivered without instructions for setting the code. I sent an email to the company with my concern, and was immediately answered with easy instructions and an apology. Great customer service. Highly recommend!!

Just what I’ve been looking for
Great service and very quick delivery. I absolutely love our lockaboxes. Now there are loads of snacks snd sweets left at the end of the week, whereas before the old boxes we used would be empty, as the little people in the house would quietly help themselves when no one was looking. As a result, it’s saving me money on my weekly food shop as I don’t need to top up on snacks and sweets every week ✅

Excellent Customer Service
I was having challenges with changing the code on the lock box. the customer service is excellent. they get back to you right away. being that there is a 2 year warranty, i was able to receive a new box since the code was not able to change. I am impressed with their devotion to making it right for their customers. the box is of very good quality too.

Extremely disappointed. didn't receive the package, talked to usps and they basically said they have no idea where it disappeared. I paid for 2 boxes and got nothing. when I contacted you about it you said that you can't help. Will not order again.

Very convenient, sits in refrigerator or freezer nicely. Secure but yet vented. Pantry, cabinets, multiple uses...food, medicines, anything that needs to be locked away from others in your home.

Fantastic customer service. I placed an order but with the wrong delivery address; Alex responded within the hour and arranged for my mistake to be corrected. Rapid next day tracked delivery by DHL. The Medibox was exactly what was needed to store medicines safely. Recommended A+++++.

It is what it seems to be: a plastic box with a working tumbler lock that is easy to program and reprogram. We use it to keep our kids out of the dessert, and it is effective for that.
