Second sad experience unfortunately
The car was fantastic and great. Since the rental was due to going to the mountains and winter tyres are not an option I specifically requested snow chains/socks. These were supplied and when I asked the attendant he said they fit the vehicle. Unfortunately these did not fit the wheel size. This caused a big hazard to my family when driving in icy conditions. What makes me angry is that this has happened again and Lucauto had reassured me it won't happen again. When we tried to call for assistance on the number they gave us (Chiara) we never got through and despite several messages on the answering machine noone called back and we had to call a private tow truck for assistance. If there will be a next time I will ask the attendant to fit them before departure and if they don't know how to (as it happened) I will keep waiting until someone fits them.

Excellent Product with don't worry package was…
Product with don't worry package was excellent although we caused no damage to the van. Van was ready although ee arrived for pickup a few minutes early. Easy pick up and drop off. Signs at Treviso airport where to drop off van was not clear as entrance not easy to find. Hap to ask officialof Treviso airport office. A mal on the website showing entrance would be appecited when booking.

Everything was great
Everything was great! The only downside is that we're non-smokers, and we were given a car that smelled strongly of tobacco inside. We didn't even notice it right away when we received the car.

My experience with Locauto was very good. The car was in excellent condition and the rental process went smoothly without any major issues.
During the return, a detailed inspection was carried out and some very minor scratches were noted, which raised a small question for me regarding what exactly is covered by the full insurance.
Overall, I was satisfied and would choose the company again.

The car we received another car
The car we received (an Audi 3) was not what we ordered (TRoc), which meant we had insufficient luggage space. It was a nice car to drive, though. There was some initial unrest: a problem with the oil level, but ultimately it turned out okay.
