I booked the car direct from the airport with no booking before. Ramona the receptionist at the Treviso airport office was very nice and helpful. Ramona explained everything for us and she was very nice.

I called the company when my flight to the airport looks delayed. The male on the phone kindly shared us some alternatives as well as to wait for our flight arrival (with additional fee). The flight was on time in the end but we thought the service was so reliable

I booked 4 days with locauto,the car was good, i returned the car back 2 hours late and on the day they told me that ist ok.i was charged for another day for that 2 hours after 1 week i recived an email that i will be charged for another day,i think its not fair .i will never book again with locauto
