excellent service and the staff was really helpful and efficient

The collection of our hire car went really well and your employee was so helpful and polite. He advised us to refill the car at the airport upon return so it was left full. However,upon returning our rental car the attitude of your tall,skinny,bald employee was horrific. So unhelpful and angry. Then proceeded to charge me 100 euro for a quarter tank of fuel I was unable to refill as the petrol station was closed in the airport.

Good car but i booked and paid for a jeep, got a family saloon. Was skiing and needed a car to get me round the mountains on ice. I coped, but not too happy

I had originally booked a car through a different hire company. However, due to a minor "admin error" it wasn't available. We went to Locauto as they were open. However, what a bit of luck! The staff were incredibly helpful and managed to sort out a car for us at a very good price. I will definitely use this company in the future. Thank you.

The car was great and the process was very smooth. One single issue/miscommunication - before renting and paying online (way before our starting day) I called in and they presented me their mobile application. They didn’t tell me that once I install it and add my data it will pe presumed that I am the driver. Thus, at our arrival at the rental they charged us for an extra driver even though I mentioned once again (as I did over the telephone) that I will be just paying, not driving.

I asked for a vehicle upgrade and the lady who served me was very helpful. She explained the additional charge and gave us a very good upgrade

Situated just across the arrivals area, xp was smooth, fast and positive. Booked medium car with winter tyres and I got an Audi A5 which was a bit more than we (couple) required for mountain drive (Val Ferret. Parking in Aosta garage hotel was tricky due to the car size. Free upgrade appreciated but next time I would prefer to stick to a medium car at most. Anyway process was positive.

Picking up in Turin Italy and not speaking Italian, the team at the airport did a great job on both Pick up & Drop off.

However it came with summer tyres in December. The drive up in the Alps was not that enjoyable.

Hidden costs! One hour late drop off due to traffic costed me one day rental cost as well as full insurance coverage cost

We were really satisfied with the service. The car we got was clean and in good condition, the staff were really friendly and the pick-up was very easy from the Turin Airport, even though we got a car that was a bit different from our initial booking.
The only downsides were at the airport when returning the car: the gaz station to refuel the car is not operating and it is quite unclear that there are two separate parkings for car rental return depending on the company.
