Issue settled after discussion with customer service
**update**
I have been contacted by Locauto customer service, they have refunded me the extra day they previously charged me for.
**Initial review**
I had 2 main issues with Locauto
1- I was given a a car that was not agreed upon, I paid for SUV but they could not deliver, yet the payment was still the same.
2- I delivered the car 3 minutes late 12:03, agreed time was 12:00, they proceeded to charge me for a full day, and then their email said the car was delivered at 13:03 which is not correct, when I challenged this they took long time to reply to my first emasil and did not respond to any further emails.

Exceptional car rental service
Rented a Ford Puma with Locauto Car via Silicia branch for 6 days. The team of staff attended to us were exceptionally friendly helpful and patient to answer all our questions. Highly recommend anyone who is looking to rent a car in Rome. Special thanks to Sabrina for her warm and excellent service

The dash lit up with service warnings……
The dash lit up with service warnings… Driver Airbag, Parking Brake etc
The car was a little run down with external scratches…
Occasionally there was a short lag in acceleration when travelling along.

Excellent car
Excellent car, nice staff. The only issue was that I booked the car to pick it up in Termini Station and ended up having to pick it up in another location (Via Sicilia), something which I discovered casually because I called to ask for an earlier pick up. Thanks God I called because I was with a sick child and would have been extremely upset of having to roam about the city to look for the car...

The staff was very helpful. Service was as expected from Enterprise. I was given good information on return, where to get gas/diesel and where to park if returning late. Very pleasant experience from start to end.
