Smooth rental process & great car!
The rental process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Picking up and returning the vehicle at PMO airport was fast, efficient, and completely hassle-free. I was also thrilled to receive a brand-new Jeep Avenger that drove perfectly, with surprising trunk space for a family of 4 despite being such a compact car.
The only real downside was that the car hadn't been cleaned properly before I got it. There was quite a bit of sand left over both on the seats and in the trunk. Aside from that minor issue, it was a top-notch service, and I would definitely rent from them again!

Unexpected costs!
There was no where on the website a mentioning about a young drivers fee. So i booked a car through Locauto for my stay in Sicily. When we arrived at the pick up point Locauto told me and my friend that we still had to pay a young drivers fee for the car. We were confused because it did not say anywhere that we had to pay it, also not in the email that we received about the confirmation of the car. They said to us that it was clearly writen on the website that we had to pay a young drivers fee. It was not!!! The staff was also very rude at the pick up point and wanted us to be gone as quick as possible.

We would like to clarify that during the online booking process, the driver’s age is required. When the 19–24 age range is selected, our system automatically includes the Young Driver Fee in the total cost before the reservation is finalized.

We are also deeply sorry to hear that you felt our staff’s attitude at the counter was unwelcoming—providing friendly and helpful customer service is extremely important to us, and we apologize for the impression left on this occasion.

Additional costs for already payed full coverage
Booked the vehicle via discoverCars, added the full coverage through the site and at the airport they insisted that it doesn't apply and should pay additional 280€ to them, otherwise I would pay for any damage and I should speak afterwards with the broker. If the coverage from discoverCars doesn't count, then don't work with them, these additional costs are very annoying... The stuff was rude and not being able to communicate good in English for the inconvenience, got us really angry and left. After all the car was ok, so 3/5*

I couldn’t highly recommend it more. We were caught out by the big four rental companies where we pre-booked upon arrival, after a lengthy two hour weight in line we were told we couldn’t actually rent the car due to a license issue
We were stranded, at the last minute we approached Lo auto explain the situation we had Australian drivers license. They agreed and rented us a car. The car was brand new in beautiful condition. Staff were friendly to deal with and very efficient with no waiting.
Upon return , out of appreciation I got the car professionally washed from my own expense, the return was a very quick process. They checked the car and Off we were.
We will always use Locauto
