The car was the right category and in good condition, the parking is right outside the airport and we got the keys very quickly, perfect!

The model is exactly what I ordered! The car is new and clean inside! The staff is friendly! The service is fast! Everything I needed!

Everything went smoothly without any problems. I rented the car through the DiscoverCars app. At the airport reception desk, the employee informed me that it would be better to purchase insurance directly from Locauto, even though I already had full insurance coverage. I politely declined.

The Peugeot 2008 was a very nice car, with approximately 65,000 kilometres on the odometer. It was well maintained, with only a few scratches and scuff marks.

I think I will use Locauto’s services again in the future.

Pick-up and drop-off were smooth and very quick. I rented a Fiat Panda and got upgraded to a Peugeot 208. Great service and a very easy experience overall. I’ll definitely rent from them again next time!

Considering the fact that we had an urgent need to rent a car for 2 weeks in PMO airport, because pre booked rental company didn’t want to give us a car without IDP (which is not mandatory by the Italian low) the price and conditions were great!the Lowest price offer that I could find from all car rental counters. No deposit, full coverage, fuel policy is to return as is, not a full tank. The car was brand new and comfortable Volvo cx40. No IDP needed!

Locauto is the best. I am very happy. They gave us better car (newest 26Y t-roc) than i rent (polo). Everything was very simple and very fast to take car from their office at airport Palermo. Everything went smoothly. The only downside was that one employee at the airport desk wasn’t particularly friendly. However, all the other staff members, both when picking up and returning the car, were wonderful, helpful, and professional. We even received a better car than the one we had booked, and there were no problems at all. Overall, a great experience.
