Very easy to find a good option at a fair price, Very friendly and helpful staff. Fast and easy car drop off. The only thing missing is the invoice of the expense and I still has not received yet. Please help me to get it as soon as possible.

Great car, good support when needed

great service. a bit expensive

The car was new but it had a faulty engine light coming on. We were able to swap it for another car in Milan and continued on our journey.
It was easy to extend our rental when we wanted the car for an extra week- positive experience overall and good customer service.

Lady at the check in desk, was particularly helpful, friendly and informative. Pick up area for the car was close by, someone was waiting to meet us with the keys and to check over the car with us, very friendly.
Car was really nice looked almost new. Drop off for car was very straightforward

Marco was particularly helpful and changed my vehicle to one with satnav as my mobile did not work. Please thank him again.

Have rented before from some of the many sites and always helpful, good cars and lowest prices I have found. Will continue future renting from Locauto

Everything was very easy. The car was new, the service at the counter was great.

To be honest, I really did not want to rent a car. I had planned my trip extensively away from having to do such a thing. I had buses lined up, I meticulously chose buses I could sleep on to save money overnight, the last thing I wanted to do was rent a car. But, I missed a bus. And when I did, I immediately needed to find some other way to get there. Believe it or not, to catch the next bus, or a plane, or a train, would cost an extra 48 hours to get to my destination so I decided to rent a car. My experience with Locato, who is also partnered with enterprise, which is the company I rented through using one of my phone apps, was excellent.

My advice to anyone renting a car is to always get the full insurance. I’ve run into problems with this in the past with other companies and they will try to find a little nick or a ding and charge you $1000 for it. That has actually happened to me in the past. So in enterprises defense, I didn’t give them the opportunity to do that because I bought the full coverage.

But they quickly processed my rental, put me in the car, gave me the information I needed for the return and some safety tips around the car and sent me on my way. And the same when I returned it. They were quick helpful and quickly I was able to be on my way. I’m happy with them.

But again, for your own protection, I would always advise, get the full coverage. I know it’s expensive. I know it seems stupid. But it’s the best way to play it safe.

The delivery and reception service were very good. The car was very good, operating within normal parameters.

Hire car broke down after only 45 minutes of driving. Was told recovery truck and taxi would be sent. No taxi arrived and we were left stranded. Then told to pay for our own taxi and we would be reimbursed. We havent had any money back for the taxi and they told us that really we should pay an additional €120 for the recovery price. This is a scam company and everyone should avoid. DO NOT BOOK WITH LOCAUTO. me. My wife. My 4 year old and my elderly grandmother were left on the side of the road in 40 degree heat for nearly 3 hours. Then when i paid for the taxi to pisa airport to collect new car. Nobody knew we were coming and were told there wasnt a car for us.

We were promised time and time again that there would be a car ready for us and that they would give us back the taxi fair money. I have had no money back after 2 months and the car they finally gave us was too small to accomodate 4 passengers and suitcases.

I will never use this conpany again. Ruined the first day of a special family holiday

It when wrong when we get a receipt for damages found in the car. We just got a receipt with the amount we have to pay for the damages, BUT it wasn't given any evidence of the damage, images, fotos or description. I asked for information, or if I could be connected with the section of the company that goes about the damages BUT Nothing, NO fotos NO evidence and NO CONtact with the personal of the company. Just like you are saying "you just have to pay and fuc... off" that's not the way you should handle your customers

Really easy and simple to rent a car. Everything was professional and the guy was very polite. Car in perfect condition we had a wonderful vacation.
