This is a standard security procedure required for financial authorization and identity validation.

I can't say anything negative, it was all perfect! From booking via Check 24, through collection to return. There was also no attempt to sell us additional insurance. The staff were all very friendly and upon return the car was inspected, but in the normal framework. It was not sought penetratingly for scratches or other damage. So a clear recommendation and I would rent a vehicle at Locauto again.

There was a fee for the different drop…
There was a fee for the different drop off location…around 75 euros…but it was clear when I booked that we needed that!

Car was great , update location for the Milano linate airport .
Car was great, pick up and return went smoothly.
Only comment I have is - the directions to return the car at the airport were not correct, Google Maps directed us to the wrong place at the airport- make sure you search car rental return in Milano linate airport.
