Great service, friendly service. Only problem returning the car, arrived early but was unable to enter the parking with the receipt, and had to pay for alternative parking until the service opened.

The staff is really kind and helpful. All the process was fast, smooth, everything was OK just as it’s written on the website.
The operators on the chat were also fast, friendly and solution oriented.
It was a great experience.

Correct company. We received the car we booked online in 10 minutes. The agents are nice. The vehicle was modern and clean. Good value for money. Thank you.

Our experience with Locauto was great. As we took the car we went over all of the scratches and the staff even encouraged us to take photos of them. When bringing back the car we went over the whole car, checked the already existing scratches and the other staff member provided us the protokol that everything was fine.

The kaution of just 0.01€ is absolutely great. My Revolut has been accepted (remember to have the real plastic card always with you when renting a car and not just electronic).

Of course, when taking the car be ready for "nice" upsellings:
-"better" car for just few euros per day extra
-towing insurance
-general full insurance

We took none of them.

The only negative is the child seat costing 8€/day which is quite overpriced in my opinion.

It is very easy to find Locauto office inside the airport. Despite of the fact we had already bought full insurance at a high price, the officer tried to sell many extra service to us.

I returned the rental vehicle with a full tank of fuel. However, when I reviewed the return documents before signing, I noticed that I had been charged a €100 fuel deposit.

Afterward, I was told that it was not necessary to return the vehicle with a full tank. However, this was never explained to me when I picked up the car. If this was truly a deposit, it is only reasonable that it should be refunded if it was not used.

I travel to Italy regularly for business and expect to do so even more frequently in the future. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will never use your company again. I genuinely regret choosing to rent a vehicle from your company.

I am very disappointed with the lack of clear communication regarding the fuel policy and would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, including the refund of the €100 fuel deposit.

Check-in and check-out went very smooth. Staff were very friendly. I also like the 1 cent only for deposit.

The downside was the extra charge for collecting the car out of hours. Understanding that this is part of their terms and conditions, I would have liked them to be a bit lenient. Considering that they were made aware of the flight being dellayed, and i was at their desk only between 5-10 minutes past closing time.
Another downside was finding their place on return, its not cleary signposted.
