everything was great - easy and fast desk experience and great car

Everything was fine overall. The car was new. A big plus was the possibility of returning the car outside office hours and the convenient parking location near the airport.

The downside was the very strict approach to the declared pick-up time. We arrived at the office 40 minutes before the scheduled rental time and were simply told that we were “too early” and had to wait until the exact agreed time.

There was no queue, so the paperwork could easily have been completed earlier. We would have completely understood if we had been told that the car was not ready yet and that we might have to wait a little before collecting it. Instead, we were just told that we were too early and had to wait.

It was a small but unpleasant experience that left a negative impression.

We've got a car with 8 existing damages. Suspension on a car with 35k km mileage was awfull. The car could be cleaner. It didn't smell bad, but it smelled strange, on bleach. Typical experience in Italy - very poor maintenance and cleaning.

I had a great experience with this car rental company. The booking process was quick and easy, the car was clean and in good condition, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Everything went smoothly from pick-up to drop-off, with no unexpected issues. I would definitely recommend this company and will happily use their services again in the future!

I have been there with the Hertz Avis etc. discount rates but as those are franchised quality of service varies... a lot...with Locauto in Olbia and this year in Bari it was perfection from start to finish, no hassle easy fast car check in and check out, car in excellent condition, nice staff, congrats to Locauto and the Bari team, honestly in Italy I always go wit Locauto

Car was new and clean. No issues with check-in and check-out (after working hours). Could be better if any email with sumarize after checkout would be send, cause I had no idea if everythig was fine.

Fast check in at the airport, little walk to the rental parking lot 300 meters further, 2 minutes later, I had the car, excellent service.

Car was extremely dirty inside-out. They never bothered to clean it out. There was sand everywhere and SPF on the seats from previous users. Windscreen and windows were smudged with oily SPF hand prints. Pick-up and drop-off were easy, although at pick-up we were sent back to the terminal to fill in some paper that could have been filled at the pick-up office.

Everything was very smooth, the employees took care of my reservation very quickly, the car was in perfect condition and also the return process was done in 2 min. Overall the best renting experience so far.
