Great service, staff and easy booking process

The car they gave me was in terrible condition. The tires were completely bald, with the steel wires visible on the inside, making it extremely unsafe to drive. One of the DRL lights was also burned out. The staff didn't seem to care and didn't offer another car or any alternative solution. Unacceptable service.

Fast service in counters both in FCO and BRI airports. Very good car and fairly new. Would appreciate a WhatsApp message with Google Maps location of return so it is easier to find the way to the return location

Both pick up and return went super smooth. The only thing I would point out is the support that they were not able to provide concerning a ticket we had. We understand that is not their responsibility but when dealing with foreigners that are not aware to the country procedures would be useful to have better guidance. Besides that it all went well. Thank you

Booked this and then read some negative reviews but our experience was good. Quick pick up in Bari and the car was in good condition if a little dusty inside. Drop off at Brindisi was straightforward but the sign directing you to Locautos car park is tiny and should be more prominent. The car park itself is very tight but managed. Car was checked in ok and we were on our way. Handled professionally and promptly

The whole process was a very smooth experience. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a larger car, and the vehicle was brand new, which was very impressive. Returning the car at Bari Airport was just as easy, it took no more than three minutes.

I will definitely rent from Locauto again. Even though there were cheaper alternatives, I chose Locauto because of their excellent reviews, and they certainly lived up to my expectations.

Unlike other car rentals at Bari airport the staff and the office was very helpful and took no time! Car was good - very happy with the whole experience!!

Great car, friendly staff, easy to find

The car was new and had low mileage; there were no squeaks, and it was clean and ready to drive. An inspection of the bodywork revealed minor scratches from previous drivers—damage that the company staff hadn't even noted in the handover report. Now I am waiting to hear whether the car I returned was accepted as being in good condition, as no one has contacted me yet to confirm its successful return.The staff's approach was friendly and prompt.

1) After booking, I had questions about my credit card and deposit. They took several days to respond, and the last question on WhatsApp was never answered.
2) The rental location isn't at the airport, but an 8-minute walk away, which would require walking on the road with your luggage.
3) The Opel Astra and Audi A3 aren't the same class, and they don't even have an A3 at all, and they don't care. Terrible customer service, I don't recommend it.

They were super fast at the airport, the car was exactly as I requested it, all was great!

From booking online until returning the car back everything was super easy and simple!For sure i will rent again in the future!

Experience was great. Very accommodating and easy communication. However the price was much higher than competitors by a wide margin that I only found out later.
