Complete lack of apathy
I drove over an hour each direction to get to my appointment in Santa Maria with Dr Kim at dignity health surgery centers. When I arrived they told me that they had canceled my appointment and had tried to get in touch with me. I showed them my missed calls and I have had zero missed calls from that office. I was completely amazed at the apathy of the office staff and the doctor himself. This is my third appointment with dignity health three other times they have canceled on me.
The first appointment I had with Dr Kim he had to leave in the middle of my appointment to run across the street to the hospital for something.
The man seems like he's in a complete rush constantly. I don't want a surgeon who's in a hurry.
Completely wasted my time, wasted my money and my effort on getting my wrist fixed. Thanks for nothing dignity health! and thanks for nothing Dr Han Soo Kim!
Your unprofessionalism is outstanding
GO TO ADVENTIST HEALTH IF YOU CAN
GO TO ADVENTIST HEALTH IF YOU CAN!
I would give a zero if it were possible for Dignity Health. I had my gallbladder out at St Joseph's Hospital in Stockton California 2 years ago. I spent most of the week in a hallway then finally went to a room with closets stuffed with tables and things plus various items taking up space, so it wasn't really much of a room except for the bed.
Currently my primary care physician has faxed an URGENT referral TWICE to Dr Mahli's office on Harding Way in Stockton California for possible colon cancer. I've been calling for 11 days trying to get them to process this referral so I can make an appointment. They state that an urgent referral is taken care of within 72 hours. Not true at all. Today I left a message to contact me tomorrow or I'll be looking for another doctor. Or maybe I'll just give up and die. If this is the first step in my bottle against cancer, it's already a fail. I can't take the stress of calling every day and getting nowhere when my life is on the line. I have no confidence in this doctor at all, or Dignity Health. I would never use Dignity Health unless forced to. It is most definitely NOT HUMAN KINDNESS!

this is for the billing department and business office that is taking care of the Northridge area. Horror to get anyone...has been over 2 months of trying to reach someone and still have not received any return calls or a live person. How in the world am I suppose to talk to someone about an error on a bill?! But they continue to send me the wrong bill! I even had my insurance company call them and my insured said she had left 3 messages to no return call.
I first had a good opinion of dignity…
I first had a good opinion of dignity health however, my opinion got worse as time went on I had insurance which I was paying $400 a month For , which I was told was no good dignity health is horrible in terms of bedside manner and the way they treat patients as is UC Davis medical center of Sacramento CA , due to the cost and expense it is better and less expensive to die at home alone .
Woooow the workers at dignity health…
Woooow the workers at dignity health are very unprofessional not caring for the our client and laughing at us? And not caring for him very rude ? The females at dignity health don't care for people they laugh at you
Dr. Fullam
The doctor I used at Barrows, Dr. Fullam was very good but the administration is from hell. Not one person could get anything correct even when you try to pay your bill. Pitiful is the best way I can explain it and not one person in the organization cares to make any changes. If you use them plan on entering hell to process your health needs. Obviously from all these bad reviews on this site they plan to never change. Go figure I guess it is just 2026 and common sense no longer prevails.

I had an excellent experience at the Bell Road and 51st Ave location everyone was very quick and professional kind and understanding they eased my pain and nausea and I was diagnosed and out the door in 2 hours Michelle was especially nice!!! I had a bad experience last time I went but I am very glad I gave them another chance!!
Look up Doctor Glove
Look up Doctor Glove. He is a man who assaults dead babies who is somehow related to Dignity Health, and they're is covering it up. This company is disgusting. SPREAD AWARENESS ABOUT THIS!! BOYCOTT DIGNITY HEALTH!! FIND DOCTOR GLOVE!!
I am extremely frustrated and…
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Dignity Health and Dr. Sujnani’s office in Ventura. The entire system feels overwhelmed and poorly managed.
When patients genuinely need care, no one seems available. It feels like the practice has taken on far too many patients without the ability to properly support or manage them. As a patient, this experience has been incredibly disappointing.
I am currently unwell and unable to get the help I need. I cannot reach my doctor, get answers to basic medical questions, or even secure an appointment — not even with another provider. It feels like once you are in their system, you are left on your own.
What is the purpose of having a primary care doctor if patients cannot access them when they are sick? The lack of communication, responsiveness, and availability is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on patient care.
I expected much better from Dignity Health. Patients deserve timely care, clear communication, and support, especially when they are not feeling well. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.
Doctor Finch should be fired
Doctor Finch should be fired. I went to Dignity Health mesa for emergency prescription refills. He said they don't do that. I'm disabled. I lost me car this week in an accident. I needed bridge prescriptions until I get a new primary care doctor. Doctor Finch did not care. He refused me refills even though their ad reads..."Dignity Health - Arizona General Hospital Mesa - Mesa.
A hospital that offers emergency medicine, imaging, surgery, wound care and more. Part of the
Dignity Health network, it serves Mesa and nearby communities"- He let me pay him and then told me he couldn't help me. AVOID THIS PLACE. AVOID DR FINCH
2 years later and my billing/claim/deposit is still an issue.
I had to call over a year and a half to get Dignity Health to submit the bill to my insurance, only to find they submitted with the wrong billing codes and for the wrong amount. I prepaid over $2,500 which will be refunded after the claim is paid. They resubmitted with the correct billing codes but again for under the full amount, then tried to bill me for the difference. Now my issue is stuck in the adjustment department. Was told they have approved the refund but the check has not come in over 10 days. Just called again and they are asking me to wait more time after 2 years. Dignity needs to get there billing department in order.
Good ONLY for preventation.
The care from this organization is good only as preventative. Once an emergency hits, things start getting harder to deal with. (1) Going to the nearest emergency room did not work for us since the emergency, (medically necessary care after a cycling accident in which a jaw was broken and teeth were lost), was not life threatening. Kaiser was great and wanted to take care of our daughter, but in this situation the best they could do is tell us what was wrong and then send us home. (2) This carrier does not have a specialist in network to take care of broken jaws. So care is much slower, and on top of that, the specialist that was found said that it was not necessary, (he had other plans to fix her overbite), and with that decision, since this insurance hasn't wanted to cover any of the care to my daughters ability to eat for good health, I can image how much they could have fought to pay for any care. (3) The jaw never got set because of this, and the upper mandible had splinters in it that only a dentist seemed to notice, and since this was all seen by an expert that isn't medical, even though getting good nutrition by being able to eat properly seems to have the idea being necessary for good health, the carrier does not see this as medical work but dental work. This is not like my daughter didn't brush her teeth and just let them rot out. They were knocked out of her mouth after hitting the concrete when falling from off her bike. (4) To get the proper care for my daughter, it's going to cost over $20k. An insurance company should be able to afford paying for some of that.
By the way, at the time of trying to get my daughter care, my wife and I talked with another mom who had a son that broke his collar bone. She had a very similar experience, but since it was more on the body, the son did eventually get some support from the carrier. The funny thing is she even works for the medical group. So it seems they don't even care about their own employees and their family.
Lastly, the "Date of experience" one has to put on this review is wrong. It's not a single date of experience when one has to spend several hours of several days trying to understand and get the care one needs for a broken body.
Why do they make it hard to pay!
Why do they make it hard to pay a bill???!! The statement ID and my birthdate combo is invalid every time. This is ridiculous.
Dignity Health should remove the word…
Dignity Health should remove the word Dignity from their name. There is nothing dignified about dealing with this company. You'd be better off dealing with the mob!!
My girlfriend went to check in this morning before her surgery, she had been trying to reach them for 2 weeks prior just to see what was needed etc before her surgery. She gets there this morning and when they take her to registration they proceed to tell her if you do not have $950 you will not get your surgery this morning. She lives on fixed income and she also takes care of her disabled son. She does not have just have $950 to pay up front like that. There was no will work with you, it was either give us $950 or you won't get surgery today. This probably isn't the time or place to have that conversation when your nerves are already fried because of the surgery and now they're telling you not going to happen unless you give us our money. After more threatening talk from the finance woman after about a half an hour then they wanted $500 which it wouldn't matter what they wanted this morning she just didn't have it. When it was all said and done they settled for $100 but only after they embarrassed and humiliated her in front of the rest of the people there that was waiting for surgery or waiting to register for their surgery. Even after I agreed to pay the $100 then they still weren't going to give her surgery until she provided an email address to them. even after telling them that she had no email address because it was hacked and she never set another one up they were still adamant about having an email address or else they weren't going to let her have surgery. After about 10 minutes of that BS, they finally relented and let her pay the $100 and have her surgery.
totally unprofessional totally cold-hearted and totally something that could have been handled prior to her surgery which had been scheduled for 2 months. She had reached out three times and they never returned calls or they never even called her to talk about it. if you're dealing with dignity health just prepared to sell a kidney or a lung when you go check in because they'll try to take every damn penny they can from you before they let you get surgery!!!
Dignity Health
Dignity Health, are a bunch of hard-working people that care about your well-being. I'm glad to be a part of Dignity Health as they work with me diligently. I have been a part of Dignity Health for over 10 years. Thank you for all you do for me Dignity Health!
Horrible Horrible hospital and doctors …
Horrible Horrible hospital and doctors I could have filed a malpractice lawsuit with all the evidence of Malpractice I had from the shoddy 'care' my OBGYN's (Dr. Curtis Cook and Dr. Pooja Doehrman) gave me. They should be deeply ashamed to call themselves High Risk. However my infant son and I were busy fighting for our lives ( did I mention neither of them actually came to the hospital to do their job (deliver my baby) ?
They sent me 21 invoices for 1 visit to…
They sent me 21 invoices for 1 visit to Urgent Care, total 23K for 4 hours, and on top of it they double and triple billed for the same items. It was impossible to get a real person for billing and within 30 days I was sent to collections. I have provided the duplicate billing to the agencies and they just keep selling the debt to the next one. Unless you are dying drive past.
Lucy the MA is an imbecile
Lucy the MA is rude, hung up on me, and quite frankly is the biggest imbecile in that office. She called and left a voicemail with my personal and medical details which violates HIPAA entirely. She even called me and had a conversation with me and never once asked me my name or to verify who I am. Filed a formal HIPAA complaint against them today through the HHS.gov website. They call non-stop threating to cut off your meds if you don't set up an appointment right now. Constantly send prescriptions for wrong dosage, duration, and to the wrong pharmacy. I've been going to them for about 2 years now and have never spent so much time on the phone asking them to fix the prescriptions that they screwed up!
Tired of being demanded all of my personal information at every turn.
Tired of giving my address, phone number, date of birth every single time I call to make an appointment, even more than once in the same day. Now the doctor's assistants are asking for my date of birth AFTER passing who I now call the "gatekeeper" at my in-person appointments! It is NOT for the patient's "protection" or "privacy." It's all about our lack of privacy and is overkill and invasive. These people are looking at all your private information and you are treated like a criminal, being asked to recite everything but your insurance card number. Remember when that was relevant in health care? I try to schedule my appointments online now to avoid spending half the call giving out my personal information. (Woodland, CA)
Coastal Cardio in Templeton
Coastal Cardio in Templeton, Ca can't seem to authorize a prescription renewal. # times in the last several months I have had to visit their office to verbally get someone's attention to OK the renewal.
Should not be this way, and they need to fix their responsiveness and office procedures.
