Horrible
If you're ever faced with dealing with this company....RUN! Communication is difficult, hold time waiting for assistance is excessive and help in getting problems resolved [especially billing] is the worst! I was billed supposedly because, according to Blackstone, my deductible with my secondary insurance [primary insurer claim was filed and covered] had not been met. When I contacted them with evidence that the deductible had, in fact, been met, I was told they would "expedite my request" and it would take approximately A WEEK to get an answer. That is unacceptable and poor customer service. Since this company adamantly insists that equipment be returned within 5 days or a penalty will incur, they certainly should do everything possible to respond to customers timely. They are surely quick to send an invoice with a note that payment is due upon receipt, however, they are not as timely in responding to customer issues. Other reviews are certainly enlightening. Additionally, it is difficult to understand employees as many of them do not have enough of a command of the English language to be understood easily. I wouldn't recommend them in any way, shape or form!
