Fast response and quick loan approval

The loan part is ok, I understand all that. But they offer to lower your rates on your payments thru social sharing or something; I'm not that savvy, so I inquired about how that is done and got no response. Seems like a cool concept just wish the customer service was more on the ball. The loan was straight forward.

Was a painless process. Only criticism I have is to just make it mandatory to have supporting documents such as a pay stub in the application process. It was no big deal, but I did have to wait an extra 2-3 days while I sent in my supporting documents and have them reviewed and approved. Other than that it was easy.

Filling out the application was easy, was given a loan amount and payment schedule quickly. Only had to send in two documents that was seamless to upload and approved the next day.

Everything seems to be okay, just can't get anyone on the phone. They are easy to find and will respond to written interfaces, Especially with a deadline and they/he will get back to you in a timely manner.

Applied for a loan for temporary use until tax return comes. I applied online. Easy to use system. After application was submitted I received two emails notifying me of additional documents needed for an underwriter review. I gathered bank statements, payroll and identification documents immediately. I logged back into site and was immediately taken to a link to upload documents. The following day they were reviewed. I received a phone call asking me to expedite my loan, would I please submit a utility bill with my name and address on it and send it directly to the gentlemen email address. He was very polite and professional. I sent the document right away to his email. Within the following hour I received confirmation my loan was funded and would receive money within the next 3 business days. I received it in 2 days direct deposit to my checking account. They have notified me of my payment arrangements. The money came just in time. I have a huge relief and plan to repay the loan within 2 months. There are no prepayment in full penalties. I am thankful for programs like this. Everyone hits a rough time in their lives. This cushioned the rough time for me immensely.
