So like many here, I received a letter for a loan from www ganloannow com I entered ALL of my information and was ALSO re-directed to a Different website, ALSO They then had me give them authorization for my banking information with USAA/Checking. After waiting for the results of the $300 loan I requested, I got the Online response (We could Not approve your loan) NOW remember that they have Now linked a company named CHIRP to my bank account through Account/Routing numbers. I consider this a Phishing scam because they had total access to my USAA checking account even AFTER I was declined! Luckily I am a Clever/Smart person and immediately Logged into my account and REVOKED the permission for CHIRP/GANLOANNOW. Please be aware that this company will try to take money out of your account EVEN after denied loans but they DON'T tell you they are Still LINKED to your bank. Just received a call from a third party debt collector stating I owe them a debt of 550.00 and the original loan amount was for 400.00 so I asked what loan did I get and when the response I received was from a company called loan now well LOANNOW I NEVER Applied for a LOAN and would like to be part of whatever class action lawsuit that there is for fraudent use of my name credit reporting etc for a loan I never applied for or received and they used an address that isn’t mine

Have come out of the blue filing a lawsuit for money owed thru a third party arbitration out of Texas ,claim process service attempts mail attempts ect. Which have not occurred.As stated they take your data then farm it out to third party lenders , A great opportunity for fraud and frivolous lawsuits without any fund dispersment , get your license digital signature and boom you owe them?, total garbage lending simply data mining as stated financial consultants yet offering loan products thru detached lenders after capturing your info -AVOID!! Scam opportunity galore!!!.

I had took a loan frm your app only in July n u people had gave me only 2k amt which is transferred in my account n afterthat I had already made the payment of 3796/- n this is 7 days loan bt still your executive call me after a month for asking me money need to be pay,again I had paid 4k in this month only,now onwards if I get any single call frm your end for asking me money then I will definitely show u my limits becz your executive told me that after made this payment my acct will close.i don't know frm your company or someone else taking your companys name advantage bt I don't want this types of call in my future as well,n your executive also called to my contact list what the hell is going on

I really thought, I had ran across a company that would work with me. I did everything I was requested to do. After I got my credit score I couldn't get back to their website. And I wasn't referred to anyone. Since they are no longer operating they should remove themselves from the Web.

They state to be finding you longer-term installment loans but instead, they send you to other networks who have a network which are all actually payday loans...

I filled out an application for a personal loan one night, and a vice-president of the company emailed me the next morning, saying that he could find me a loan.
The application specifically stated that I am from New York, where payday loans are illegal.
He had me scrambling all morning finding him information. I checked my credit score earlier that day on Experian.com. He told me that he needed my score from a"partner" website, which didn't work. I emailed him about this, offering to send him a link to my score on Experian.com. He never got back to me about that. He just sent me a link from "partner" websites, all of which were for payday loans.

The application and other automated processes were convenient and speedy..In addition the staff was friendly.

However the delivery and funding process was botched causing some hardship and difficulties..

They were very professional and friendly and I got my loan almost right away....What I like the most is the fact, that if you don't qualify for one loan, it will tell you what you qualify for without starting over.....

I would highly recommend this to those in my position.
