I have had a perfect purchase with Loaf. Was nervous as quite a few poor reviews, but that appeard mainly about delivery schedules. The quality of my Dawdler Sofa and foot stall in clever velvet Sopping Seagrass is gorgeous. Bought in January this year and still very happy. Like the firm yet cosy seat cushion. I bought in the new year sales and delivery was on time no issues. Delighted. Would buy from again. I went in store to check out colour on a big piece of furniture. Miki in the Wilmslow branch was extreamly helpful and not at all pushy, let me mull ask lots of questions. She knew the stock and what the comparisons in Loaf where. I went home to think on it all before ordering online.

Was greeted as soon as I entered the store by a very nice gentleman who then helped with fabric choices/ colours etc as I was coming to view a specific sofa and chair. Very knowledgeable and super helpful

It was convenient to go to a loaf shack to view the product prior to purchasing the product …just awaiting delivery

I'm not leaving this review lightly but i am now 7 months on since placing my order and still don't have the pieces of furniture i originally ordered. I have attempted 3 times to raise a formal compliant following many attempts to expedite the issues and i still do not even have an acknowledgement of my compliant. Not what i expected when i parted with almost 10k - there is a huge requirement to improved the post sale customer experience, although having said that the initial error that lead to this was made by the team member in Wilmslow ordering the wrong armchairs, but i do think that was an error which i accept happen, its the lack of appetite to reolve since then that has really worn me down. Avoid at all costs there are certainly better places you can spend a lot of money on couches!
There was a good range of products, including the ones I wanted to try out. The staff (Ben) were really helpful but not in your face, there if needed and had lots of good suggestions about colour schemes.
Buying the sofa was completely hassle free.

Bought the squisheroo chaise sofa in 2025. Hugely disappointed. Doesn’t retain its shape needs reshaping and plumping almost daily. We bought foam inserts to try and bulk up the cushions. Honestly not worth the money
Ange.who helped us first of all was very friendly and engaging. She was patient and knowledgable. I asked for another vote on settee colour and Choi came over. She was also very friendly and being an artist herself was extremely helpful in putting colours together. You would not get service like this in any other furniture shop. Choi completed the sale in a professional manner and could not do enough for us. Never lose these two ladies, they are invaluable in our opinion. Thank you so much.

Where do I start, I ordered a sofa at the end of January this year, I’m still waiting for the third time for a sofa in perfect condition. The list goes on , all being dealt with by customer services.
It is not the stores fault, manufacturing completely to blame.
