excellent quality straps from a company with glowing customer service 
The quality and design of these low straps is brilliant, they are very strong, well designed lovely bright colours in good material, the customer service is absolutely impeccable because when my original order had one strap missing they had a new ones served within 24 hours. I cannot rate these high enough the company agree the customer service is brilliant. The product is really really really excellent. I am very happy.

I needed a harness for next day I was told I’d have it by 10am this had came and gone I did get it at 13.30 which was fine as it was for nightshift the lady on the phone was great helped me sort this out and dealt with my order fast and efficiently.

Delivery took a couple of days, but as all are made to order, thats a quick turnaround

Goods still not arrived …
Goods still not arrived despite paying for next day delivery. No tracking information provider meaning calls to your office are needed to chase delivery. Phones regularly go unanswered. If you are going to automate systems then at lest give your customer enough information that they can get answers on delays with tracking links

Your order left our warehouse as schedule on Monday on next-day delivery service. Unfortunately, the parcel has been held at the courier’s depot since then — an issue entirely out of our control, but one we’ve been actively chasing on your behalf.
To acknowledge the inconvenience caused, we refunded your next-day delivery charge in full and have offered you 15% off your next order.
We also appreciate your feedback on tracking and communication. We’re currently reviewing ways to improve visibility for our customers and reduce the need for follow-up calls, particularly during courier delays. While we aim to answer every call promptly, we acknowledge there were instances where we fell short of that, and we’re working to improve this.

Your order was placed with us in the afternoon, the day before your deadline for what you described as a £1.6 million contract.
Unfortunately the stock you required was not available for immediate dispatch — a situation we made you aware of as soon as possible.
You then requested that we open an already packed and processed order, prepared for another customer, in order to fulfil your urgent need. We must respectfully state that we would never compromise our integrity or the trust of our other customers by unpacking an already confirmed and prepared order. We treat all customers with fairness and ensure that all orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed.
While we understand the urgency of your project, if the contract was of such importance, we would have strongly advised placing the order well in advance to avoid this situation. We always strive to assist where we can, but we must also operate within our policies to maintain fairness and reliability for all our customers.
We are, of course, happy to discuss this further should you wish to reach out directly.
