5 stars, after all!

Hello, Steve! I did a review a while back after I installed our LockLatch—took a star away for the struggle I had with the one-way screws. But our grandson is now 10 months old and he’s really active. That latch ensures he won’t tumble down the basement stairs while also allowing our dog and cats the chance to escape when he comes too close for comfort. It suits our needs perfectly. Thank you!

Excellent service

Brilliant customer service and a fantastic product!

This was exactly what I needed for…

This was exactly what I needed for doors to vent at night. Stainless product is strong and well built. The limiting factor is the length of the #10 screws provided. I replaced the 1” one way screws provided with 1 1/2” for the door and 2 1/2” for the casing/ jamb bracket to both into the framing.
