A solid contraption that does exactly what it says on the box. Better use a rivet gun if you intend to install it on aluminum frame. Perfect communication with seller (hi Steve). Product dispatched within hours. Can’t recommend it enough especially if you own frisky pets who like to venture between the house and outdoors.

Hi sorry late review brought this a few weeks ago we've just got back from holiday the window has been open from 5 am till 6pm everyday for our cat it was easy for my friend to use would defiantly buy again it gave my cat the freedom she needed while we was away .I ordered and from start to finish i was informed when my order would be despatch or round very good .I will continue to use this now when going out ect thank you zoe and oni the cat

So far, so good! I was not familiar with this company but thought I would give it a shot since I could not find any comparable pet latch online. After I ordered online, the owner sent an email telling me the dispatch date. The product arrived in a timely manner. It was easy to install and seems to be good quality.

Well made. My little dog took to it straight away, can’t see a big dog being able to use it as I had it stretched open as far as it can go and there isn’t much room.

Great item
I placed my order and was then told it was out of stock and one was ordered from South Africa and would be with me in a few days, however due to strike action by taxi drivers and the violence that followed I had to wait an other week. This I did not mind as I did not want to see any one get injured or even die for the delivery of a piece of metal to the airport.
Steve kept me informed throughout.
I can now say it is fitted and works well.
Thank you to all involved in getting the item to me!!
