In the present climate I need to feel confident my financial affairs are being looked after. I am made aware of how any world trading/taxes/interest rates government announcement can iimpact directly on my savings. There are regular on-line seminars where you can ask questions.

Hard to fault customer experience
I was given all of the investment information, both on paper and verbally. I wasn't rushed, and asked many questions. Once advised, I made my own decisions based on the wealth of information that I had received.
