Fantastic service, very clear and efficient information, delivered kindly and with care.
My advisor took their time with the call to make sure I understood all information being given to me and allowed me to ask questions.
5 star service, very greatful.

Today I received a phone call from Julie who explained everything about my medication, delivery as well as how to store it and how to contact Lloyds Clinical if I needed anything. She was very helpful and polite, a pleasure to speak to.

Nurse was brilliant and showed me how to do my injection ustekinumab and that I was able to do my first injection myself and answered all of questions

Hi, I have found that the telephone staff are always polite and really helpful. Sometimes, when it’s busy, there is a waiting system to be answered, but over overall a good experience. Patient DT

First contact today to arrange delivery and visit for first administration of medication and the lady on the phone was absolutely lovely! Very friendly and helpful, hopefully this level of service continues! Thank you 😊

Thank you Julie for your help yesterday. A great relief to have the letter to enable me to fly with the medication in a cold pack in hand luggage. Also a big thank you to all the staff who have set me up, delivered the medication and shown me how to self inject. Naomi

I was recently prescribed a new medication which required home delivery, as cold chain needs to be maintained. The process was explained fully and with ease, delivery booking completed with no confusion. Process from A to Z explained fully, excellent experience with knowledgable staff.

Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with a lovely gentleman named Ash Ajmal on two separate occasions regarding an issue with my medication delivery.
Ash was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to resolve all of my problems. He handled everything with such a kind, gentle and caring manner.
I was initially quite upset when I called, but Ash’s calm and reassuring approach immediately put me at ease.
He dealt with the situation professionally, politely and with genuine care, ensuring that everything was resolved.
I would just like to say a heartfelt thank you to Ash. His kindness and professionalism made a difficult situation so much easier, and I really appreciated his help.

The wait time to speak to an representative is really unacceptable, over 78 minutes since joining queue in sixth place. The queue does not move for ages, so probably only one advisor handling calls. The newly available app has no useful functionality for placing an order for medication, so no other option. It is the same every time I phone!!!
How much is the NHS paying for this service??
Just completed this review whilst waiting after 40 minutes.
Still waiting at position 2 in queue, haven't moved forward in last twenty five minutes!!!
Just moved up to first in line. Can"t understand why so much time appears to be spent with each caller, only want to order my medication!!
Now 25th August, still trying to resolve issue, now out of medication, ringing the Lloyds Clinical number and have been waiting 50 minutes to move from 12 in queue to 6. Now waiting 81 minutes and first in line. I can now order on app, but delivery date offered is 31st August, with only other option to ring the usual number.

We’re do I start , the whole thing is a complete nightmare, created by Lloyds , but nobody seems capable or willing to sort it out, my new Prescription from the Hospital , was due 31 st July , so June I gave them a reminder , received a email , saying I had three deliveries left , one already booked 7/7 ( but unfortunately only sharp box came no injections ) then the next one will be end of July , then one end of August, but received one delivery on the 23 rd July , phoned up to book August delivery, to be told after numerous phone calls, that my prescription had run out on the 31st July so they couldn’t deliver it , the Hospital won’t renew my new prescription yet because I have enough injections left , but I don’t because I can’t get Lloyds to deliver them , I have tried calling the Hospital but can’t find whom i have to talk too, I’m eighty years old , Lloyds have created this error but nobody seems to want or try to sort it out , it is there incompetents all they say is we will email the pharmacy dept , this is not good enough, me as a patient should not be having , to try and sort Lloyds mistakes out , I’m really at my wits end , I’ve been having the injection for seven years delivering by Lloyds, the service has been getting worse, I just don’t know what to .

He honestly was a star hope you can check back from my call 14/8/2026 and tell him he made my day . Kind Regards. Ian Hull

I have no idea what has happened to Lloyds Clinical. The actual call handlers are generally fine and helpful but the whole process is appalling. The time it takes to answer a call is unbelievable. If anyone from LC cares to read this review and look at my records they will see what dreadful service I was offered on returning after a break from medication. I was, for a short time, moved to a different medication by the NHS. The drug was dispensed by a different pharmacy who were fantastic. Why can Lloyds Clinical not offer what their competitors are offering?
