Llamababies.com is a SCAM

I ordered my item from the site on April 17,2021. It was a pair of boots. It was supposed to be a gift for my dad’s birthday on June 2. Needless to say the item has never arrived and when I checked the status of my order it says unfulfilled still to this day. Its not even on the way! So I contacted llamababies.com there’s two different emails for customers to contact them. I contacted both. It’s been 2 months and my order is not even on the way but the money was taken instantly from my account. I have never received a response from the company. At this point I want a refund but that doesn’t look promising because I can’t reach anyone or they won’t respond. So I guess it is a scam and I want to warn everyone not to shop here. I got cheated so others don’t have to.
