Oops - my chairs arrived unassembled

Oops, my order for 4 Breuer chairs went awry. I had ordered them (assembled) however they did not have their backs attached upon arrival. Hussein, Customer Service for Forom did a phenomenal job. He rapidly found a local reputable technician (LA) who came by quickly to fix my order. Hussein kept me in the loop, was extremely personable and resourceful in turning this order around for me. Very happy with the purchase and the company's attention to correcting the issue.
