I recently ordered a Rough Country light bar and fitting kit from Llama4x4, the only UK suppliers I could find for the entire RC package.
Llama4x4 had a simple and easy-to-use website, dividing the products up by vehicle fitment, so it was easy to find what options they had available for my Jeep JL. I made the order with the expectation of possibly 1-2 weeks for delivery (as explained on their website). A week later no update had been received, so I called Llama4x4 directly using the website contact details. After a few unsuccessful attempts I managed to get through and was given fantastic customer service, including a full explanation of why there was a delay in despatch, the issues causing this and the future resolution - in addition to a long chat about various other stuff (hence I suspect the early unsuccessful calls!)
Sure enough my parts all arrived within the new timescale and were exactly as described and expected.
Would not hesitate for a second, to highly recommend Llama4x4, in todays climate of supply chain issues and poor communication from companies, they are a shining example of how to do business when unexpected things crop up.
