Fabulous service and great lives

LJ's is my go to boutique. The quality of the clothing and other accessories it sells are second to none. The customer service is fabulous too. Always a prompt reply on Messenger, even if out of hours.
My most recent purchase is a cross body straw bag which I ordered online on 1/5/25. I paid £4.30 delivery via Royal Mail (1-2 working days). The bag arrived this morning of 2/5/25 - 19 hours and 20 minutes after placing my order! Must be a world record!
The bag is fabulous too.

I just wanted to give you a review of the make up I have purchased up to now…

I usually spend a lot on my brands (Chanel, Dior, MAC etc) and I must say, the anti-pollution primer is lovely, the lipstick is as long lasting as the Chanel one I use daily and the wet / dry eyeshadow lasts all day. I also love the brow pencil.

I have signed up for a restock announcement for the lip to cheek (I currently use Trinny's) so will be keen to see if I can swap over completely to your brand.

Thanks for everything you all do, I know it's a pain sometimes and you get unfair criticism online, but keep doing what you're doing, we appreciate every one of you!

I have shopped with LJ’s for years, after being introduced to their magic jeans (the comfiest jeans you will ever own!) I’ve bought many beautiful pieces over the years, the products are true to size and fantastic quality. Leesa and the team can’t do enough to help you look and feel fabulous.
Also they do fabulous lives on Facebook throughout the week which helps you to style your outfits rather than simply wear the clothes. This is a clothing brand with a true heart where they care about every one of their customers having the best experience. So glad I found you, I won’t go anywhere else now!

Great company fabulous well made clothes

Gorgeous clothes and fit.The only thing I will say is the leggings smelt really fishy.I've washed them but I can still smell it slightly.The jacket wasn't like that.Still loving the products though.

This company after years of shopping at the same plus size stores totally got me excited to wear clothes again and there customer service you cannot fault any issues you have are delt with asap,sally is an inspiration of how to create a look and gives great tips on all kinds of things,so in conclusion I recommend ljs to anyone from a size 14 to 26 who loves fashion at a affordable place.

Absolutely brilliant Leesa and her team are so helpful. The service you get from Ljs’s Boutique is 2nd to none. The clothes are super quality and very reasonably priced.

I received my order really excited to try on my new purchase but unfortunately that was soon shattered, the jumper was all clicked and I had to thread the clicked wool back through the jumper, the leather look leggings had a very unpleasant smell to them so I had to wash them and even after they have been washed they still have the smell so can't wear them. The leopard print scarf I got was the only thing I was pleased with. Very disappointed not good for first purchase 😕
