Since they have made the band more flexible and adjustable. It is much easier to fit my head even with an Cpap on. The programs have help me get better and longer sleep

Just got this as a gift from the wonderful team at American Express Canada. It was a pleasant surprise! Initially thought it was a little gimmicky, but it turned out to be a great product that really helps destress the mind before bed.

I’ve had the headband for a few years now and they are amazing. I like to listen to ASMR to go to sleep and this makes it much more comfortable. They’ve held up well and I will definitely repurchase.

I have difficulty getting to sleep and with the stories and soundscapes I am usually asleep in 15 minutes or less. The sound quality is great.
My only issue is the difficulty I had adjusting the speakers within the headband.

I just activated my hoomband. The fabric is wonderful. The sounds so smooth and clear. Looking for my first full mediation session.
