Bedrijf brengt 2x verzendkosten in rekening

Het bedrijf doet wel wat ze zegt m.b.t. retourneren maar houden vervolgens twee keer verzendkosten in en reageren niet op de e-mail hierover noch is het teveel bedrag ooit terug betaald. Zou ik hier ooit nog iets bestellen? Nee!
"Thank you for processing the refund; however, the amount of €128.50 is incorrect. I paid €141.49 for the order. Since the complete order was returned and I already covered the return shipping costs, the initial shipping cost of €5.99 should be refunded (excluding the €7.00 for faster delivery).
Could you please return the remaining €5.99 accordingly, bringing the total refund to €134.49?"

Let Down

The playlist does not play continuously. You cannot shuffle or put a sleep timer on. You also can’t play certain stories you really like for a longer amount of time than what they play for originally. Very disappointed in all of that. It’s also not as easy to navigate for users.

A great product, sometimes slow support

I own their Hoomband , with which I have been very pleased. However the content is supposed to be unlocked for people who have purchased the product.
Getting an unlocking key can take a few days after submitting a request. These days this process should be quicker. The Livlab agents are courteous and helpful when they finally do make contact.

Hoomkid device

I ordered a Hoomkid device it did not work after charging no sound ,I emailed them the same day to tell them went thru several emails that day with them asking questions to be sure I did everything right they finally told me to go to return forms and fill one out everytime I tried to put my email in it said they did not have my info ,I emailed them back and told them they said someone would contact me soon and manually help me with form 3 days latter someone contacted me and wanted a video of product I sent the video and told them I just want a refund so 6 hours later and I still haven't heard back and I have emailed several times since the last contact. It seems like since I want my money back they don't want to respond.

after 2 years of use

I have used the hoomband for 2 years. It's comfortable and works as described. I find if you strap it at your forehead (if you sleep on your back or side) it enhances the comfort level. The only negatives are it makes a "low battery" sound at 20%, which is frustrating ao just make sure you charge it up before going to sleep. It lasts about 3 nights before getting too low.
, depending how long you play it. The location of the earphones are adjustable, which i like. Unfortunately my hoomband did stop working after 2 years but LivLab customer service was excellent and they offered a replacement device. For that, I give the company 5 stars

Band is a bit too tight for me

Unfortunately the band was a bit too small for me since my head is too large, so I had to return it. I had to deal with their support and they were very quick in responding and offering a refund. I guess if you have a regular sized head, this would be fine, but for large heads like mine, it'd be trickier

Helps me fall and stay asleep

I received the Bluetooth headband as a gift. It has helped me fall asleep faster, stay asleep and/or fall back asleep when I do awaken. My partner knows me well...

Effective, respwctful and comfortable

This is the first connected head band that does not induce headaches! Even after a whole night and repetitive use.
Probably thanks to a neat design with low emissions to the head while in Bluetooth.
It is, on the contrary, very comfortable and smooth to wear. Audio quality is good while headsets do not hurt at all.
A very good choice!

HoomKid is great product that requires some care

HoomKid is a great product and our kids love it. Unfortunately, they pushed too hard the start button that got stuck internally, thus making the storyteller unusable. The customer support was very helpful in this sense and promptly reacted to our request for a remplacement. I would love if in the future Livlab could improve this aspect to make their design a bit more robust.

Truly Works for a Busy Mind

I’ve always struggled with falling asleep because my mind just doesn’t shut off. The second my head hits the pillow, it’s like every worry, task, and thought from the day rushes in all at once. This constant overthinking stresses me out and ends up keeping me wide awake when all I want is rest.

Dodow has made a real difference. The gentle light it projects gives me something simple to focus on. Instead of spiraling through thoughts, I can just follow the rhythm of the light with my breathing. It’s subtle, calming, and surprisingly effective. Focusing on that light pulls my attention away from everything else going on in my head. It quiets the mental noise and helps me drift off naturally.

Honestly, I was skeptical at first, but it really works. If your brain tends to run wild at night like mine, Dodow might be the best non-invasive solution you can try. It’s been a real game-changer for my sleep.

I received my Ultimate Headband today

I received my Ultimate Headband today. Could not Find the HoomPlay App. Then I see the Code enclosed in the Box had only 5 digits, when trying to enter that code is needed 6 digits. I did get my new 6 digit code, so now my Ultimate Headband is all ready to go. I can't wait to listen to the stories, and music.
