Have they gone out of business? Placed an order Monday but had no update 5 days later? Tried calling and got a BT Callminder Voicemail box (very dodgy). Emailed to the email address they state on order confirmation and get a bounceback as undeliverable. No tracking info sent so feels like a dodgy scam.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for the past year and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always go out of their way to help. Prescriptions are filled quickly, and I’ve never had any issues with stock. I also appreciate the text reminders for repeat prescriptions – such a time-saver! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable pharmacy delivery service

I placed an order for a 36 pack of Maloff and only received a 24 pack.
I emailed on the 5th of March and asked for a partial refund - no reply
I have emailed through Paypal - no reply, this is now escalated.
This is very poor service as, I did not get what I ordered and I am also out of pocket.

Been using them for our prescriptions for a good year now and found the service to be brilliant, there can be the usual hiccup like with any pharmacy or service, but I have no plans to change, great service, thank you.

I ordered some vitamins, the package was photographed by Royal Mail outside my house but I did not recieve it. This is not Live Well Nationwide´s fault but when I explained this they didn´t want to help, but wanted details of the complaint I had made to Royal Mail. Royal Mail only allows the sender to file complaints and its advice to me was to get in touch with them. Nothing so far and money down the drain.

I ordered a small tube of dental gel but the package I received was way too big for such a small product.When I opened it there was nothing in it except a load of protective wrapping. I explained this and attached photos in an email. This was ignored as were the many phone messages I left because no-one answers the phone. I was eventually contacted, effectively told I was a liar and nonsensically told I would need to contact the police(!) and Royal Mail about the 'missing package'. PayPal issued an immediate refund when I informed them.

I was recommended this site for a private prescription from my consultant following cancer treatment. It’s taken over a month for them to sort out after 8 emails and ample time for them to respond. Awful service- they mucked up I did everything asked, not even an apology. Simple things would have gone a long way. I will never use again.

Called to check what I wanted was in stock. It was and at a good price. Sent my prescription by special delivery on Wednesday and got the medicine by special delivery on Friday. Pretty good between Aberdeenshire and Stoke on Trent, well done to the Royal Mail too.

I always buy my iron supplements from here. Best price online. But their range of other items is really limited. It would handy if I could buy other non prescription meds and herbal remedies / supplements.

Always have what I need and delivery is super speedy, but it's always a nightmare to get a payment to them. Never happens first time for me, but eventually it goes through.
