Hello Michelle, Sorry to see your 1 star review. We did explain the issue in an email to you on 21.12.2021.
"Sorry to hear you have not received your parcel. We have tracked your order with the courier and unfortunately, it seems as though the order has been lost in transit. This item is now out of stock, so we cannot issue a replacement."
We have processed a full refund for your order, and we can only apologise on behalf of the courier. Unfortunately once the parcel leaves us we have to put our trust in the courier to get it to you safely, and on this occasion they did not.
We have launched a full investigation with the courier in regards to this missing item.
Again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused. We have done everything in our power from this side and have notified and issued you with a full refund.

Bought the 4kg size and they are small and exactly as they should be ! I’ve have bought other from elsewhere that turned up huge. But these are small and compact ! Perfect in every way
Delivery was fast and the option to pay by Clearpay made it all so much easier.
Will definitely be buying the heavier ones when I’m ready

I was very surprised at how quicky my item's arrived, just 2 days after ordering. I purchased x2 paddleboards one in red and other in blue. I think they are of a fantastic quality! We took away with us camping and i have tested one of them out in the sea. Im more than pleased with these purchases. Great communication with live up sports also, when i had a query they were very fast at responding to my messages. I woud definitely recommend this company ( which i already have done so to a friend asking where i purchased mine from) they are now ordering the same from live up site. Thanks so much x
