SteadWell is an Australian online store selling mobility aids for older people, NDIS participants, and the families who are choosing on their behalf. We started SteadWell because finding the right mobility aid is rarely a shopping problem. It is a guidance problem. Most stores hand you a catalogue of two hundred products and leave you to work out which one suits your mum, your dad, or you. We do the opposite. Every product page opens by explaining who that item is for and what it makes possible in an ordinary day, in plain English, before it mentions a single specification. The range is deliberately small for the same reason. We carry walkers and rollators, walking sticks, shower chairs and stools, toilet frames and raised toilet seats, bed rails and recovery aids, and everyday living aids like reachers and dressing sticks. Prices run from $19.99 to $437.89. Everything ships Australia-wide from Australian warehouses, and shipping is free on orders of $99 and over. We are founder-led. Bianca Willshire started SteadWell in 2026, chooses every product in the range herself, and answers the emails personally. On funding: everything we sell is low-cost assistive technology under $1,500, so there is no quote and no assessment to arrange before ordering. We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, and plan-managed orders are invoiced directly to the plan manager with the support item code already on them. We are not a registered NDIS provider, so we cannot take agency-managed orders. Aids funded under Support at Home sit within the AT-HM scheme. If something is not right, we organise the return. You will not have to lift a box. Guided well. Living well. livesteadwell.com.au | hello@livesteadwell.com.au | ABN 33 809 171 360
