Order placed and confirmation received in a timely manner. Updates received as order was processed and when item was shipped.
Order was shipped by Royal Mail 24, next day delivery! However the item did not arrive until the 4th day. Not Livens fault but frustrating all the same.

Damaged packaging and missing goods.
Ordered some .25 bullet heads online. Parcel arrived within the 48hrs as promised. However on opening the parcel one box of bullet heads had been opened as the seal was cut prior to dispatch and they were rolling around in the cardboard box that the rest had been packaged in. On counting them back into their plastic container there were 83 instead of the usual 100. I have emailed Livens and am awaiting their response.....

It's possible the box was opened during shipping, especially when scanned, due to the nature of the contents. Would have been 5 stars but for the error at dispatch. However this was speedily rectified, so thats a big plus.
It has actually encouraged me to deal with them further as it clearly showed their commitment to customer service.
