Places carré Or bâchées Beyoncé Stade De France 21 Juin 2025

Je me bats depuis fin juin pour obtenir un remboursement total ou partiel pour des places Carré Or (300€ la place, x3) qui étaient bâchées lors de l'arrivée dans la gradins pour les jeux de lumières pour le concert de Beyoncé 21 Juin au Stade de France, donc inutilisables.
Replacement en catégorie 1 tout en haut inacceptable.
Ni le SAV de ticketmaster ni du Stade de France ne prend la responsabilité, quant à LiveNation malgré 2 mails ( 1 datant de Juin et l'autre de mi août + courrier recommandé de fin de Juin) je n'ai AUCUNE RÉPONSE !!! c'est une HONTE et c'est INACCEPTABLE !!!!
j'irais au bout de cette procédure, la situation vécue au concert est inacceptable !!!!
