Live Nation Belgium Reviews 3

This is a 3-part complaint:

1. The 'Buy Tickets' button on the Livenation Belgium-page for a Damien Rice concert in Stadsschouwburg Antwerpen was not visible at the designated time of presale start, 10.00 AM. This is the WORST you can do as a ticket vendor platform!

2. On the Livenation concert page, it doesn't say which vendor sells the tickets. I could have already logged in to Ticketmaster to save a few miliseconds. (And as concert goers know: they count. You however, don't seem to know.)

3. That 'Buy Tickets' button lead first to the venue website, where you have to click through to the actual vendor, Ticketmaster. 1 seconde delay because of an extra click for a popular concert, is killing. I know have second rate tickets in stead of good tickets.

This is so incredibly bad, please fix this. Do you guys ever buy tickets yourselves?

I have attended many concerts hosted or organized by LiveNation. My experience has always been good. Easy to book, trustworthy site, you know upfront what you will pay.
Because of Covid, several concerts were cancelled, but my ticket was automatically converted to the new dates.
The communication could be a little better (less commercial and pushy, more information) but overal a trustworthy site.
Avoid the scammers, scalpers and ticketing touts, and buy your ticket directly from LiveNation.
