Support nonexistent, app unreliable
Support is slow and non responsive. Raise multiple issues with the vis 2 through the app, and not even a courtesy acknowledgment to say they are busy.
The water tracking on the vis 2 bottle is awful and unreliable, making it almost impossible to impossible to start and maintain a streak. I’ve reported that there is no pattern to when the water drunk is update in the app, and sometimes on the wrong day. I could have just using a free app to track my water intake, it I decided to go with LARQ, and purchase two vis bottles at over £200. Yes £200 is correct.
Support, please can you respond to my tickets and acknowledge if there is an issue or not with you all, as it’s totally unreliable and in no way accurate. I thought I might have a faulty one, but my son is experiencing exactly the same. Not updating, out of range even if you’re right next to the bottle. There needs to be an option to trigger and update from the bottle to the app. Yes, this may impact the battery life, but that’s fine as I can always plug it in and charge it.
Highly Recommend
The bottle is sleek, functional, and convenient. There is definitely a noticeable improvement in the taste of water after the UV does its job. Their customer service is speedy and incredibly helpful. Would 100% recommend.
Why I think they are the best
This water bottle tech is new and innovative. The app may have some kinks but they are always working to improve it.
The water bottle itself is amazing. Looks great. Has a great flow when drinking. And the UV tech is legit. My bottle has never smelled and water always taste consistent.
What puts Larq ahead of others is their attention to detail and customer service. If you have an issue and are patient they will work with you to make things right. One of the best warranty programs out there.
I have since bought a bottle for my wife.

Excellent company and customer support
I've been a long time customer of LARQ since the crowdfunding days. Every time I've had any issues their customer service have been excellent and helpful. They have gone the extra mile for me and I will forever be grateful for that. Their products are of great quality and issues I've had have mainly been of my own fault really.
I have also been alot more hydrated since buying their products and that can only be a good thing really. Overall would recommend and pleased with my experience of LARQ. Thank you!
Amazing customer service and fast support!
My LARQ bottle accidentally fell from a low height and the cap broke. I reached out to customer support and was really surprised (in a good way!) by how quick, kind and helpful they were. They offered to send me a new cap without any hassle. I just had to confirm my shipping address.
The whole process was super easy and professional. It’s great to see a company that genuinely cares about its customers.

Disappointed with the LARQ Bottle PureVis™ 2
I've been a supportive LARQ client, having previously purchased 2 LARQ Movement bottles (one for me, and one to offer) and 1 Pitcher.
After losing my bottle, I decided in May to purchase another one, and I went for the newest Bottle PureVis 2, with a swig top and a filter. Compared with the Movement bottle, I also liked the fact that it has a handle.
I've used it for 2 months. I don't use the filter as, once the bottle is empty, it hits the metal walls when I walk. Too noisy. Recently, as it was horizontal in my backpack, the swig top came open. The closure seems sturdy enough, but somehow other objects in my backpack sprung it open. Water spilled, and killed my laptop. I had to purchase a new laptop. After that, I don't want to use the bottle anymore, as I'd be afraid of the swig top coming open again.
If I had to do it again, I would definitely buy an older model with a twist top. The Movement bottle was perfect. The PureVis 2 is not worth the added 26$, in my experience.

And honestly, it’s not an exaggeration to say this product is a game changer. Reusable water bottles are just part of the sustainability puzzle, but one that can purify, sanitize, and deliver clean, great-tasting water? That’s amazing.
When I first received the PureVis 2 in Dune, I noticed the color didn’t quite match the photos on the website. After several email exchanges, LARQ kindly helped replace it with another color—thank you for that.
However, I later noticed the glue on the Dune lid came apart. Since the bottle is still within the warranty period, I reached out hoping there might be a solution for just the lid, especially as it seemed like a product issue. Unfortunately, I was told the only option was to purchase a new one at full price since a replacement was done at the start due to the color difference.

Absolutely NOT a fan of these water bottles! They promise the world but deliver, well, nothing. Seriously, do yourself a favor and read the reviews before throwing your cash away—wish I had! Drinking from this thing feels like you need superhuman suction powers just to get a sip. And don’t even get me started on the tracking feature; it’s as useful as a chocolate teapot! I filled mine three times, and it still claims I’ve only had 450ml. 🙄 Save your money, folks!

Hydration tracking is horrible.
PureVis 2 introduced hydration tracking, which was the biggest deal for me, as I had been a long-time HidrateSpark user (all the way back to their original "stick" design). But I really valued the notion of UV-C sanitation, so when they introduced this bottle, I jumped on it.
What I've found is horrible and inconsistent hydration tracking. It more often than not does not recognize that it has gone from empty to full after being filled, when it does, and I go to set it down somewhere else, it registers a sip I didn't take, and when I do go to sip, it's obvious that it's either way too low or way too high in terms of the amount of water I just drank.
This is such a huge disappointment. I wanted this bottle to work out so bad, but there's no word for the company about fixing this.

The water pitcher is amazing! It works really well, the battery lasts for more than a week. The water tastes great. It is easy to replace the filter and reset the signal. The filter subscription works great. I had a small issue with shipping, and the customer service fixed it super quick. The water bottle is attractive, the water tastes great, It is easy to clean, and the filter straw is not great. It does not reach the bottom of the bottle by several inches, so I can only use about 2/3 of each bottle of water, It takes a bit of suction to get the water out of the bottle. I love my filter pitcher!

5 star customer service. Had the bottle for just over a year and lid unfortunately broke. They honoured the warranty and replaced the entire bottle out of goodwill no questions asked. Highly recommend.

When everything is going well, it’s rare to write a review. When things break or no longer meet expectations, all the complainers come out (guilty as charged).
Larq earned my five stars because they stood behind the quality of their product. My larq bottle lid cap broke and their support team could’ve told me it was my fault. Instead, they replaced the bottle promptly for me so that I could continue enjoying my bottle.
I’ll happily buy more products from them because I know - if anything goes wrong - they’ll make it right.
