I love my Water H bottle
I love my Water H bottle. It is stylish and keeps my drink cool, but most importantly, I love the reminders both visual and audio to drink water. Since I received my purchase I have met my daily recommended water intake. Additionally I had one question for customer service and when I reached out to them they were very responsive and helpful. I'm happy with my purchase.

I love this water bottle! It’s definitely easy to stay on track with your water intake when you use this bottle and app. I contacted customer service and received a prompt response to my issue. The next thing i need to figure out is how to turn the notifications off after you reach your goal. Lol. Definitely worth every penny.

Love this water bottle
Love this water bottle, love the customer service. This bottle plus a nugget ice maker has been life changing. The opening of the bottle is just big enough to allow the ice through but not so big that I spill on myself. I now am more focused on remembering to bring my bottle than I am on bringing my phone each day.

I had a problem getting my bottle to pair with my computer. It had been working perfectly up until this time. The support staff were excellent working with me. It was a combination of system upgrades between our systems. After a few emails, they helped me identify the problem. I rely so much on this bottle to keep me hydrated to my doctor's orders. Love the product.

Amazing customer support even before getting product
I’m a big fan of name brands and new gadgets, and my latest order was from WATERH. As a new customer, I ordered two water bottles for my son and me, along with some filter straw accessories.
Less than 24 hours later, I received a kind email letting me know the accessories weren’t compatible with the bottles I chose and gave me the option to remove them before the order shipped. I was honestly impressed — I’ve never had a company reach out like that to prevent an issue before it happened.

Great Smart Bottle
So far so good. Had Hidrate for a few years and liked except for replacing battery. Operation wise this bottle seems a lot better. I like everything about it. I asked about Apple Watch app and they got back to me right away saying that it is in their plans. A definite 5 star!
