If I could give a zero I would. We ordered Chicago bears gear shift covers in April. Never received. Reached out to company to hear, “delayed,” “resubmitted order,” and other excuses. We have requested a refund, a cancel, all of it and we get nothing. This site is a scam in my opinion.
Six weeks and no product! I will try to find the same things from a different site so that I can give the Christmas gifts I wish to give. Do not buy from this company despite several inquiries all I keep getting is "your goods are out for delivery"
Worst company I have ever dealt with. The products I ordered were both broken. They replace TWO products with ONE, also broken. I paid $50AUD and the most they would refund was $10 (which I never received). I couldn't even claim through PayPal because of all the time wasted trying to reason with unreasonable people. I am really angry!
Cute Cat Ornaments took at least 3 weeks for the Cat "Ornaments" to arrive. When I opened the package I was shocked at what it was. Cheap plastic printed images of cats, hanging from a cheap chain. The pics in the ad made me think I was getting an actual 3D ornament, the price also made me think they were real ornaments. They were moderately expensive. I had bought them as gifts, but I would be too embarrassed to give someone this piece of junk. Will never buy anything from Littlest Planet ever again. Their ad was false advertising, nothing like the product. I have requested a refund, we'll see how that goes.
I ordered Cat Ornaments from this company. On the website the photos showed beautiful 3D looking and brightly colored ornaments. What I got were cheap surface-printed stamped plastic pieces that are dull in color and do not look like the photos at all. Over $71 for 6 cheap dollar store quality plastic stamped pieces. In addition, the PayPal charge was about $13 more then my invoiced shows.
