Little Ones is an established London Nanny and Housekeeping agency. We have been specialising in the placement of bilingual and English-speaking Nannies, providing childcare solutions since 2005. We are the leaders in our field. We are proud to promote bilingualism and intercultural understanding through educating children with articulate bilingual and English speaking Childcare-givers. We understand the importance of language development in a child’s early years and we recruit candidates who share the same ethos. We understand that the roles of a Nanny, a Nanny-Housekeeper and a Housekeeper are very different. This is why our consultants are specialists both in the vocations and cultures of the people they place. We guarantee we can make the domestic recruitment process positive, personal and above all stress free.

Staff were very friendly and replied quickly to messages very helpful and supportive with interview process
Little Ones London initially placed a Housekeeper / Nanny with my family following an online interview and supposed vetting by Little Ones London, the agent.
Within 48 hours of the individual starting work, she informed us that, extremely unfortunately, her son had committed suicide and ever since she was not in a position to work with children and was leaving.
She had been pressured into doing a mixed role housekeeper / nanny role by the agent. She further stated she had been off work for a number of years although the CV that the agent had vetted showed she was in full time employment during this period.
Per the T&C's of the agency, they are obliged to send us alternative candidates that meet our pre designated requirements (at this point we have already paid them £6,489.60!!), they have since sent us the following candidates:
-2 individuals which they admitted were FAKE 'sample' candidates
-Candidates that are not available for interviews seemingly forever (its been many weeks with no available dates, FAKE?)
-Candidates that don't want to look after children
-Candidates that are not available to work the designated hours
We were referred to James Ross the manager to assist with the problem (you will see a copied and pasted response from him below most likely), he provided no assistance whatsoever, took no responsibility and his responses were at times simply copy and paste.
We are now forced to bring a legal claim again Little Ones (UK) Ltd.
Upon review of their Trustpilot reviews, it is extremely worrying that there appears to be a large number of FAKE reviews posted. They all appear to be almost identical in wording and appear to be forced onto potential candidates to write in order to get interviews!
Stay away!

Eva has been amazing and been so proactive with sending me an array of different roles. She has been lovely to work with and found me a wonderful role very quickly.
Incredibly clear communication and great options sent to me for a future nanny. I was able to speak honestly and openly about what we needed and felt really well listened to. Would highly recommend!
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent interaction with Ms. Morgane Cognaud. At her request, did in fact attend the interview on Wednesday 19th March and was informed that I had done well. My references were contacted shortly after, and I was also asked to submit my documentation, which I provided.I provided highly sensitive personal documents, including my passport, DBS certificate, and proof of address. She also contacted my referee as part of the process.
Since then, I have not received any feedback or updates on the status of my application. I have attempted to follow up by phone, but unfortunately I have been passed around without any clear response. This has left me feeling both exposed and vulnerable, given the nature of the information I shared.
Out of concern, I had to check your website myself to understand whether and how my documents are being used, which is not a reassuring experience. Considering the sensitivity of the documents involved, I kindly request urgent clarification on:
The current status of my application.
Confirmation of how my personal documents are being stored and protected.
Assurance that my data is being handled in line with GDPR and your company’s data protection policies.
I trusted your organisation with my personal information in good faith, and I would appreciate a prompt response to address this matter. i attended the interview

I've been with this agency for several years, but nothing has been done, I haven't found a family because they clearly didn't help me. I tried other agencies and I found a family directly,
Very Bad experience.

I recently attended the 12 Hour Pediatrics Ofsted accredited First AID through LittleOnesLondon.
The Course was delivered Intensively by an incredible facilitator, whom, I would comment was outstanding!
I would highly recommend this course to all professionals working within all environments related to children's health and wellness.
Had a amazing expiernces with Tori who was incredibly helpful in explaining all the possibilities and procedures of being a babysitter at little one’s as well as taking me through the process step by step.
Really friendly, professional and helpful people. As soon as I registered with them, Rocio keeps posting me new job offers and tries to connect with lovely families.
I'm still in the process of finding a right position but I know I'm in good hands:).
I highly recommend their services!
Very disappointed with the service provided by this agency. I made it clear from the start that I urgently needed my DBS to be processed, and the person in charge of my case was fully aware of this. After waiting a whole week without receiving any solution or update, today she wrote to me just to say that she has gone on holiday. I find this completely unprofessional and irresponsible, especially when dealing with such an important requirement for those of us working in childcare. I would not recommend this agency if you are looking for seriousness and reliability

A wonderful agency to work with, professional, supportive, and always clear in communication. They truly value both families and nannies.
Do not trust this agency! They fail to do any real diligence on candidates and are just a postbox for people that you can find yourself on the internet - look at the large number of bad reviews.
They sourced a nanny for us that has had no vaccinations (including for measles) with a household with a new born and an immunocompromised person, wouldn’t pay tax, wouldn’t sign an appropriate contract and was generally not fit for purpose. They refused to reimburse me for the (very large) finder’s fee they charged me. Legal action is being commenced and the company seems no have no regard for their contractual obligations. I am spreading the word about this agency.
AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS.

I’m extremely disappointed and disturbed by my experience with Little Once. The agency provided two nannies, both of whom raised serious concerns that no parent should ever have to face.
The first nanny’s conduct at home led me to question her trustworthiness, and I had no choice but to end the arrangement. What followed was even more alarming: the second nanny displayed behavior toward my children that I found both verbally and physically inappropriate. This was not only unacceptable—it was deeply distressing.
What shocks me most is the apparent lack of proper vetting and judgment in selecting individuals for such a critical role. These are people entrusted with the care of children, and the agency’s decisions put my family at risk.
I would strongly urge other parents to exercise extreme caution before engaging with Little Once. My experience has left me shaken, and I hope no other family has to go through what we did.

I attended a paediatric first aid training and Gary Currier the Trainer was excellent!
The training was very thorough anf easy to undetstand .
I thoroughly recommend Gary as a Trainer!
5 Stars
I enjoyed the course very much, and I feel much more comfortable in dealing with First Aid matters, should they arise. There are so many things that we think we know but, truly, some of them are just incorrect assumptions and the majority of us would not know what to do when these unfortunate circumstances really happen. Gary is great, experienced and very professional. However, I would improve the location of the course: too noisy and very small.

Excellent service, wonderful placement. I am so grateful for Little Ones agency for helping me find employment. The agencies team, Laurane was professionally responsible and supportive throughout the entire process. She took time to understand my preferences and matched me with a family to fit my needs. She was helpful in preparing me for interview’s with help and guidance in the nanny industry. She also facilitated communication with a family and insured a smooth placement process. What a real great pleasure to work with.
