It was easy to order my rugs on line and they were an affordable price and of good quality. I am very pleased with the quality of them and the lovely taupe colour blends in well with my colour scheme. My little toy poodle also loves lying on them and frolicking and rolling about.

The rug I ordered and received is soft, thick and chunky, everything I wanted. However the colour is a lighter shade of orange than the photos advertised. I was expecting a much deeper shade like a burnt orange.

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, with ‘standard UK delivery’ (the only option). No sign of it and the parcel is tracking as ‘awaiting despatch’ in Fuzhou China. It is not stated on the website that the products ship from China, I would not have ordered had I known. Now I’m short 2’(expensive) Xmas presents and customer service have been no use. Would give zero if I could.

Had the pillow out immediately ,covered and lay on top of bed with shoulders against new pillow. It felt comfortable right away and my sleeping experience with it did not disappoint. Best pillow yet .

I bought this pillow as my old pillow wasn't good enough and this was a good choice. The pillow is very comfortable with great support for head and neck. It's arrived very quickly for good value of money. Highly recommended.

The pillow l ordered was too hard for me unfortunately so l emailed Little Jax and asked about return abd full refund. They gave me clear instructions on how to proceed. I uploaded the Proof of Posting and got a return email to say ld been refunded! Within a few days the money was back in my account. Very impressed with Little Jax. Will use them again.

Thought I was ordering from a company in England but the bath mats have come from China. Very expensive for such poor quality! They are nothing like the photos in the advert! Very disappointing. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Will definitely not be buying anything else from this company!

Nowhere near as good as the pictures.. dissatisfied with the quality for the price, after ordering I found exactly the same umbrellas available on Amazon for a fraction of the price!

Lovely curtains, hang beautifully and great quality, very pleased customer.

Great pillow. Keeps the neck in good order. Easy to clean with cover. Would recommend if you are having trouble with your neck or shoulders.

Good communication and item arrived when they said. Packaged well for postage and great looking product.

I ordered a bath mat and on receiving it straight away disappointed,poor quality hardly any pile to it.

Product discribed as supportive for back and side sleepers, pillow is 7cm thick and when head is rested on it goes almost flat and not at all fit for purpose

ten days in and still only received 50% of the order, no emails sent to explain why

Great service and an excellent product. The Bath mats were very well made and great value.
The deep pile keeps my feet very warm.

I purchased a colourful toybox from Little Jax, which was delivered very promptly. It came flat-packed, but was easy to build, with clear instructions. My newborn Grandson (and his parents!) are absolutely delighted with it, as it is light enough to be kept in different rooms in their house. It is being used for baby item storage at the moment, before Ben is old enough to keep his own toys in it!

What a load of rubbish! More made in china toot.

I bought a ‘luxury’ bath mat but the quality resembled one from a pound shop. I did contact LJ and I did get a full refund BUT it cost me £9 to return which was non refundable
Bad quality items and only an email or mobile phone number for contact
Would not recommend!
