I never received my pillow!! I have been waiting for over a month for it. The track order function was not at all helpful and I have not heard anything from the company about why there has been a delay in shipping. I advise abundant caution when ordering this product as I suspect that my payment will be lost.

Got my pillow cases, love them.

Been over 2 weeks and my order looks to still be in China. Website showed 3-5 business days for delivery which is clearly false.

It appeared more dense and thicker online than in person. I was a bit disappointed

I ordered a long runner and a normal rug and I got two normal rugs. Can’t get ahold of them

These rugs are nowhere near as thick as the ones pictured. They are VERY thin and not soft at all!!! It feels like you are walking on little rocks!!! VERY disappointing!!!

The advertising is misleading; the rugs are of very poor quality—I had to throw them in the trash.

Never ever have i bought something online in the value of £70 for a pillow and receive a package like this. A PILLOW folded in half of a quality of the lowest level and wrapped in a plastic bag and scotched tape used in all directions all around.

Happy to show anyone what kind of a website this scam is and what products from China of the lowest level they sell online, not 20% close to what you see in pictures.

Gorgeous and practical Umbrella. Great size and handle able to clip onto your bag leaves you hands free when not in use. Easy to order Great delivery. I am going to order another in a different colour

The bathmat is just as advertised . Luxurious thick and soft . great to have a choice of sizes. delivery was quite slow but worth the wait. now hoping they will add pedestal mats to match

These rugs were not at all what I thought they would be. I had no cushion to them at all. I'm sure they are very absorbent as they claim but it just feels like a towel under your feet and not a cushy rug. Might work for some but was not what I wanted.

Once the order was placed, it was dealt with in a quick and efficient manner. The umbrella was fantastic and just as good as it looked on your site. The price was also very reasonable.

I love this "sheet" cover for my bed. It reminds me of the soft and warm chenille bedspreads of my childhood long ago. Ordering and delivery was fast and efficient. Good job!

The images do not represent a true representation of the pile and thickness of the mats.Somewhat misleading.

The rugs I received are nothing like the advertised version. They are flimsy and don’t stay in place. I absolutely am not satisfied with them.
And the price is ridiculous for this poor quality.
I need to return these
