Dear Amy we are so sorry to hear this! Upon investigating this morning unfortunately your emails went into our spam folder which is very frustrating. Regarding telephone calls we have been experiencing a very high volume of calls but have called everyone back who left us a message with their details. Your parcel was collected by Royal Mail from our warehouse and confirmed via a scanned manifest, but we can see their tracking has not updated? We will contact them immediately to see what has happened and get back to you asap.
