Dry Robe
I was looking for a dry robe in the sale but the one I tried in XS was too short. I wanted a size S/M. A week later Tritonoutdoors had remembered what I was looking for and told me they had found one in that size in black.
I felt this went above and beyond looking after the customer and staff are always friendly and helpful.
Poor customer service over delivery delay
I ordered the item as a Christmas present on 18 December. It was showing as in stock on the website so I expected it to get there in time. Triton contacted me on 22 December saying the item hadn't come in from the stockist and they would ship it as soon as they received it (it was still showing as in stock!). There was no indication of when it was expected to arrive. They were really difficult to contact, despite trying e-mail, webchat and phone and I got no update until 19 January when they emailed to say the item was finally on its way.
No order arrived
Ordered on January 4th and after a week contacted the company to see when delivery would be, to be told the item I ordered was discontinued so they sent me a different item. This also never arrived and it’s now been almost 3 weeks and they will not refund me.
Selecting a wetsuit isn't always easy
Selecting a wetsuit isn't always easy! I ordered one online, but the fit wasn't perfect. I contacted Triton, and Alison promptly replied. We set up a time for me to visit the lake, test out a few suits, and go for a swim. The concept of trying before buying is brilliant. I thoroughly enjoyed my swim in the stunning lake. Alison and her team were extremely helpful and welcoming. They provide swimming guidance suitable for everyone, regardless of experience. Without Alison's expertise, I wouldn't have felt confident enough to choose the right wetsuit size. I'm incredibly grateful and eager to return soon.

Could have sourced them all cheaper individually. Found sports direct sell the swim hat for £6, gloves could be found at zoggs website for £40 and socks for £25 at c-skins. Over priced for what it was

Needed a new wetsuit and this is excellent…
Tried on the wetsuit at Shepperton Lakes and it seemed to suit me so I bought it and it was delivered in time for my departure for IM 70.3 Türkiye 🇹🇷
I got to Antalya in plenty of time to try it out and am simply delighted. Tommy had cut it down perfectly for me and the suppleness of the suit will guarantee me a quick T1. I am really pleased.

I tried on two brands and absolutely fell in love with the first wetsuit I tried on! The beautiful stretchy neoprene feels like a second skin. I felt amazing in it!
I got to try it out before I bought it, at the lake.
The customer service received from Tommy has been excellent, with no sales pressure.
Also, as I am near the lake, how convenient.

Try before you buy
I rented a number of wetsuits over the summer which really helped make a decision of which wetsuit to purchase.
Alison at Longside Lake was super helpful, really knowledgeable & supportive throughout my journey.

Brilliant service
I used the try before buy service at the Shepperton open water swim location. Service was brilliant in terms of getting the right wetsuit and making sure it fitted properly. So good I bought the wetsuit. Can’t recommend the company and service highly enough. Response to emails in advance of the visit and with a subsequent clarification have been really prompt and helpful.

I ordered a wetsuit from Triton…
I ordered a wetsuit from Triton Outdoors and received an automatic email invoice, but no further communication followed. After nearly two weeks without receiving the item or any updates, I contacted them for an update. I received no reply, but the next day, I got an automated email confirming that my purchase was out for delivery.
Unfortunately, the wetsuit didn’t fit. I requested a return via the email address provided on their returns page. However, two days later, I still haven’t received a response confirming the next steps in the refund process.
Overall, my experience with this company has been disappointing.
UPDATE
I got an email with an address to ship the wetsuit to. But no free returns like advertised on the website. I've returned the item, but still not had any correspondence to confirm it's arrived (I know it has as it was tracked). Week later still nothing and no refund.
