What I liked most was not having to message support at all. Everything I needed was already in the order updates and tracking details. The package came protected, and the bottle arrived in proper cond... See more

Received order confirmation but item never shipped. Had to dispute charge through credit card after giving them 2 months.
Ordered a couple of bottles for a small guys’ night and everything worked out well. One smooth blended whiskey was the easy crowd option, while the stronger bourbon got more attention later. Nothing a... See more
I wish I had checked trustpilot before submitting my order. They sat on the order for a week and claimed that it will be shipped out on the following Monday, but never sent a tracking link.... See more

Lots of room for improvement
Purchase an expensive bottle of rare bourbon on March 6. After multiple days of hearing nothing, I emailed to ask for shipping info. They replied it would be shipped "tomorrow". Then, they didn't even create a shipping label until two days later, and now, yet another day later, the item has still not been shipped.
Terrible order fulfilment and meaningless customer "service", but I did finally receive the product I ordered and in good contition.
Weber
Ordered expensive bottle of whiskey on Feb 22nd. 3 follow up emails and I get a tracking number finally. March 4th and tracking still shows "Label Created". I don't know what their scam is but do not order from this place.
DO NOT BUY FROM LIQUOR STARS
Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered in early January for Valentines day. ONE of the 5 bottles I ordered finally arrived on Valentines Day about 8 PM. Well over a month to deliver one bottle. Still waiting on the rest to arrive. Communication is horrible. Was supposed to ship from San Diego County and sent from Memphis TN. Contacting the Liquor board next. Worst of all a $1000 bottle of whiskey was shipped in a Blue DEF Chemical bottle. Save yourself the time and headache, order somewhere reputable.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Product arrived in a crushed box with dirty fingerprints all over it. They said they would give me a credit or send me a new box. Have asked repeatedly but nothing. Do not do business with them.
Scam by young website owner
Scam. Owner is a young guy, Noel. Bottle arrived damaged and spilled. Owner Noel admitted knowing the bottle was shipped defective, and sent it anyway. I Never received the 2nd bottle that I had ordered. Never refunded the money to cancel the order. STAY AWAY. This was a $10,000+ in collectors bottles. Some would argue this is intentional and possibility criminal fraud/scam.
Item never shipped
Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company, I bought a rare bottle and it was open and leaking!!! I will never buy from them again
Extremely unreliable
Extremely unreliable, no communication, no delivery.
