this is my first time purchasing from liquid audio and they have not disappointed. i got the ankle bell set in blue, and i love them so much. they are really good quality and the bells sound lovely. i wear them on a regular basis and i dance with them. the sound helps with my anxiety and keeping me calm. shipping was really quick and my package came in good condition. thank you.

It said 2 day shipping but i ordered close to a weekend so it didn't come in two days, but when the week started it took until wednesday, so it would've been more like a 4 day shipping. I won't complain though, because it shipped fast and the shipping was free. Overall great experience, my minilab 3 came with no damage, brand new, works fine and i've been using it and having fun. You dont have to download shopify just wait for them to email you the usps link, shopify is just basically tech ads in an app.

I was a little disappointed in the way my recent purchase was shipped. The midi controller I purchased was shipping in just its factory packaging; not shipped in a box with packaging material. The factory box was rather beat up when it arrived.

Be careful- website doesn’t accurately depict what you will receive!!
Ordered a stereo pair of compressors shown in pic and description of item. Only 1/2 arrived. They claimed it was an internal web error and didn’t send the other half to make it right, but offered 150 credit. Not a good way to earn a new customer. Very disappointing.

Didn't Get What I Bought
I bought a Kara Concert Ukulele Kit (Ukulele, Tuner, Bag, Strap, and Strings), and when I got the package, they had only sent me the ukulele. I decided to just return it, but because of my troubles, I was able to get back the full refund without having to pay for shipping. The customer service was great though.
