You sent me the wrong product and refuse to refund me. You guys are terrible. Will never purchase from you again and will tell everyone how trash you are. You shouldn't advertise products you don't have. You are parasites and disgust me.

Just what I ordered.

On November 2nd, i purchased a Condenser Microphone from Liquid Audio inc. It was listed as Used-Mint when i opened the box and the Microphones caging that encases the diaphragm was smashed in and broken and the diaphragm its self was loose rolling around inside the cage and capsule. Least to say it was not used mint and does not work. It was very expensive i reached out to them through the Amazon messaging option and after they asked for the barcode they stopped responding. I need this resolved. It was very expensive. No one has gotten back to me and i reported it pretty much within minutes of the package being delivered. There were no pictures of the actual mic, just stock photos. But the idea it would have come in such cosmetic and structual damage to the point of where it doesn't work could not have been assumed on my end. I sent photos and took videos detailing all this but no response the help resolve this. They seem to be scammers and knowingly sell broken products ive seen a lot of other reviews repeating this sentiment.

I bought an Arturia Keystep Pro midi controller from them online at a good sale price. They shipped me the wrong item, an inferior product. When I brought this to their attention, they denied having any Keystep Pros in stock to make this right. Both their website and their Amazon store show that they do in fact have Keystep Pros in stock, they just clearly didn't want to honor the original sales price. When I asked them about this, they stopped communicating with me. I will return the incorrect item for a refund but I will never recommend Liquid Audio to any of my many guitar students or musician friends online, as they failed me at every step of this transaction.

Shipping was fast, but it did not ship out for 4 or 5 days; if u get it out right away that’s good customer service, otherwise just so so!!!

Quality product, fast shipping.

I ordered the wrong item. I immediately tried to cancel. Before the item shipped, I called "customer service" ans left multiple messages and I emailed. No response. I refused delivery and still have not heard from anyone or received refund.
