Cecil shopping

Clear website easy to purchase. Items pictured exactly as received. Took longer for my order to arrive than I had imagined, but all in order. No return required.

Ordered online

Ordered online. Item too small. Went back to Lipstick store to return item for refund. Was refused refund and offered credit note. For refund I had to return item to office in Fashion City, Ballymount. Not good enough, in my opinion.

Purple coat

Nice coat, material and a good length and colour for a semi formal coat. However sizing very big for a size extra small. Also coat needed shoulder pads to sit property.

Great boutique!

Ease of changing an item. A very helpful assistant called Sandra. I just love the brands you have and how you can get a whole outfit in a small boutique!Prices reasonable too !Love the statement pendants you sell everyone remarks on them..
