I had a very frustrating experience with Diesel customer service.
I received items with clear sizing inconsistencies: jeans that were significantly larger than expected and shorts that were extremely small, despite ordering a larger size due to missing sizing information on the website.
Instead of resolving the issue efficiently, I was asked over a period of more than two weeks to repeatedly provide detailed measurements and multiple sets of photos. This required a considerable amount of time and effort.
In the end, the solution offered was simply a return — something that could have been processed from the very beginning without such a long and unnecessary process.
Additionally, no return label was included in the package, meaning I had to arrange printing it myself, adding further inconvenience.
Overall, this experience has significantly affected my perception of the brand. I expected a much higher level of customer care.

Purchased a number of items online after receiving an email stating there was a promotion ongoing with free shipping. The website also predominately displayed on the landing page that there was a free shipping promotion ongoing for all orders. The order summary page stated that shipping costs were free. Following the purchase I noted that a €4.50 shipping fee had been applied and was referenced in the invoice.
I presumed that this was a mistake and immediately contacted customer care. I have not received a reply despite following up on a number of occassions. Blatant false advertising and a terrible customer experience. Buyer beware.

Ordered a package at Christmas and only one item arrived. They would not refund or replace the lost item. I was a customer for years and never again. Customer service is diabolical online.

Bought a tracksuit that arrived in early Feb.
The joggers split at the seam after wearing maybe 5 or 6 times for casual wear and standing on sidelines coaching kids.
Reported it to customer service and was told;
This matter was being looked at by our Design team.
Following their assessment, it appears that the seam has split due to excessive pressure and wear. Based on this, they have advised that this would be considered wear and tear rather than a manufacturing fault.
First and last time I will buy from Diesel.ie

If cycling once for maybe 10 minutes is excessive wear for a pair of tracksuit joggers then colour me pink. These clothes were very expensive and I've never had issues with other joggers from brands like Gym + Coffee, Lululemon etc so they'll be continuing to get my custom in future.

The jacket wasn't available on Diesel.ie. l contacted Kristina and within a week, the item was made available to me and is now on the way. I know the quality is good as l have previously bought it in a smaller size, hence the reorder in a larger size for my son. Brilliant.

You need to train the girls work in this particular shop a Young women was on the till about a month a go I bought a tite cream colour it was on sale she said this never be on sale I told her if it is not on sale I cant aford to.buy it she ask one if the manager and she conferm to her I paid on card she live the tag on purpuse I went home and I saw the tag I was very upset the other Diseal shop they help me to take off the tag that gidl not deserve to work in tbis shop unprofesional disrespscting custmer she even told me we dont take the tag off I will definetely bring police if she refuse any way please give the training for so.e of tbe women in tbe shop it is a month ago I forget the date

Unofficial stores in Ireland
Bought a jumper among other items online on diesel.ie. After wearing a couple of times, the stiches under the arm pit, got open. Went to the Swords Diesel store and was treated like a criminal, as apparently I was begging for my rights (EU Consumer rights act 2022; The item was sent to the "Head Office" for my "case" to be reviewed. Over a week after, I had to call the store again, to be dealt with someone (refused to identify herself), who told me that there is no warranty on clothing!!?? and my jumper is no where to be seen. I contacted Diesel.com and I was told that they only have one official store in Ireland (Kildare) and all the others are of a different brand !!?? and they don't answer for these "cowboy stores". I was also told that this is not the first time they received complaints from Ireland, but they can only honour items purchased on official stores, which is not the case of all "Diesel" stores in Ireland, apart from the official one in Kildare. Be aware of these "official products from these stores and online purchases at diesel.ie.
