First of all, this is a very honest review. I purchased this product for 4000 and when the parcel arrived, I tested it. It is very different from what was shown in the video. It does not work at all — the hair neither rolls nor straightens, and even the dryer does not work properly. I messaged them to return the parcel, but at first they did not respond. When I mentioned leaving a review, they replied saying their office was closed and that after Eid they would file a complaint with the dispatch department and the parcel would be returned. I agreed, but even after Eid they are neither answering calls nor responding to messages. This is clearly a scam. Please do not waste your money like I did. Please be careful with such platforms.
