Good products, poor communications
Good products, poor communications/processes. No order confirmation, no indication that one item on the order was out of stock and would follow. Had to call and ask if the order was received and again to ask why one item was missing.

Thank you for the review - firstly please accept our sincere apologies for the poor communication you experienced. Since this incident our IT department have looked into this issue and have found the the confirmations seem to be getting sent to customers spam/junk folder.
Our usual procedure when items are out of stock is to communicate this on the dispatch note or give the customer a call or email. Sorry if you did not receive this communication. We will look into why this may have happened.
