Had issue with slow internet speed and not being able to stream anything. The person on the phone was very helpful, although a little frustrating at times having to go through all the settings it was worth it to bottom out the issue and got a new router sent through the next day. Everything working perfectly with higher speeds than every before.

Will be taking advantage of the "One Touch Switch" process when moving to a new provider, which thankfully means I do not need to attempt to get hold of Link Broadbands again.

Awaiting to get connected. Quite good customer service so far. Can’t comment anything on broadband as I’m still not connected.
Customer portal quite simple with a lot of information on it. Just bootstrap can be improved for mobile optimisation.
Generally they are offering the best broadband plan including pricing, speeds, and no long term contracts.

Terrible customer service - doesn’t answer any questions you ask or resolve your problems. Both verbal and digital communication feels like taking to a computer.
Very poor broadband performance - when there is an OFNL problem, it can take over a week for Linkbroadband to resolve their own service! Ongoing broadband performance issues not related to OFNL, also cannot be explained despite multiple attempts to seek clarification from customer services.

Frequent patchy service has had me considering switching provider for the past few months. The significant outages over the past month were the last straw, especially as I work from home. Constant spamming of messages saying “do not reset your router” and poor customer service add to the mess that is Link Broadbands. Only reason for the 2nd star is that there were brief periods of no issues, although that’s the least you’d expect.

An absolute joke of a company.
Poor internet connection, no support and very little technical support.
I receive emails stating do not reset your router in the title and then please reset your router in the text!
They have an online portal where you can raise issues but do not respond!
I have sent many emails and they do not respond.
I have now cancelled my contract after 2 years of pain, but I want to warn everyone about the issues.
I think the trust pilot reviews and google reviews say things - 2 out of 5!
If I could give a minus star reading I would.

Absolutely shocking service - constant outages ! Frequently don’t get the speeds you pay for !! Emails through the night last few nights telling me to reset my equipment- of which does nish!!!
Will be ringing them tomorrow to cancel not worth the time chasing trying to sort it out anymore!!

After 15 months with Link Broadbands I have had enough and found a new provider. I am barely able to work from home due to constant outages, maintenance and issues. I have never known such an unreliable internet company. Wired internet speed has been well below what I paid for. There have been too many instances of hours or days with no internet and never any reimbursement for this. I have contacted them about issues in the past and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt rather than cancelling straight away but the quality just gets worse and worse. Over the last 24 hours I have received 7 emails from them with the same message on restarting my router to improve speeds, but sadly despite this it remains abysmal.

Extremely poor service, internet cuts out 2-3 times a week, no customer service at the weekends or after 5. No service updates on their site, shocking all round 100% would not recommend!

Internet has been down since 1pm it's now 21.40pm, had link nearly 3 years and was great until a couple months a go with all this maintenance and upgrades etc. I have an autistic child who gets very distressed with it goes down. Really not good enough we aren't getting what we pay for

Activated on Friday, all ok. Broadband went down Saturday and was still down on Wednesday. Tried to call several times each day but just "in a queue" each time with no answer, 2hours 26mins one time, disgraceful.

Shockingly bad
Weekly outages. Issues not reported on their service status page. Impossible to speak to anyone. Either remain as caller #9 for an hour or get disconnected. Avoid at all costs

The service has been very intermittent of recent times with multiple outages per month. I was with Plusnet at my previous address and only experienced occasional issues may be Two or Three times per year over a Ten year period.
Hoping the service from link will improve 🤔

Every month we experience WIFI outages at random times (day and night), opening an IT ticket won't help. They just ignore it. You have to call. Being on hold for almost 1h, can't solve any issue. Worst provider I've had so far. Don't do it!

I was with my previous provider for 3 years only ever one incident which was resolved quickly. I've been with link for 3 months and the service is always going down.
Customer service is poor no one answering phones.
I won't be renewing my service can't wait till My contract is up
Down again, internet unreliable. Planned maintenance which then never comes back up!
I've been using Link Broadband for about 18 months now. I pay for download speeds of 180 mbps and have not once achieved that speed. In recent months speeds barely get over 30 mbps and regularly drop to single digits! Added to this the fact that the connection drops with increasing regularity and no warning at all! It happens most weeks now, 2 or 3 times a week! Not worth the money at all - avoid if you can!

I am a customer with Linkbroadband for around one and half year now, very good service and I chose to continue with their service after moving out to new apartment.
I had an issue with the new subscription and they immediately contacted me and solved it.
